I have included picture of before and after the repair. Please ignore the gap filler that was my attempt at a fix due to my inability of climbing on roof now. I had been trying for awhile to find someone who would be willing to repair it.Rick Doty was my technician who did the repair work. He was very friendly and patient with my questions. He explained what needed to be repaired and how he would.I am sorry I am not very good with words.I am very happy with the work and i would recommend mr.handyman and Rick Doty has my technician in the future.

As someone who has struggled to find quality help for home repairs in Nashville, I will return to Mr. Handyman, and Kevin Briley in particular, again and again.Kevin did absolutely excellent work in helping me with repairing a shower leak and damage that was caused by a past contractor. He was considerate of time, mess, budget, and had a great attention to detail.I loved how Mr. Handyman has techs that are experienced in SO many trades, rather than needing to source multiple companies to finish a job, schedule multiple appointments, etc.. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment. I didn't get multiple quotes for this particular repair, but honestly, I have dealt with so many other companies in Nashville, I would rather pay a slight premium to have the work done efficiently and correctly, instead of fighting to get work done with a cheaper bid. If you're reading this review, you can end your search, call Mr. Handyman.

A contractor renovated a bathroom in April 2024 at our rental property. By September 2024, the shower wall started caving-in. We live in a different state, and trying to find a company who would commit and show up to appointments as scheduled was the worst experience. Two weeks ago, I found Mr. Handyman online. Great work and promptly completed (the work would have been completed within a week but my tenants were unavailable). Their representatives were professional and communicative. Their payment system was easy. Their quote was the most expensive of all we received, but it was worth it. Will use them again for sure. Before and after photos below.
