My son had a bad fire on thanksgiving last year. House looked beautiful when done but 6 months down the line the shower floor started to separate and the living room floor started also. Was made promises over 7 months ago to make it right and fix it and still to this day have not heard or seen them to fix it. DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND REPAIRS. NEVER EVEN CLEANED THE AIR VENTS MY SON IS CONSTANTLY SICK WITH RESPIRATORY INFECTION AND CONGESTION DUE TO THE SOOT NOT BEING CLEANED OUT. My Mother had a broken pipe which flooded her basement while she was out of town. I contacted John from Mountain View Restoration and was immediately impressed with his expertise of the complete claims process. His knowledge and experience with insurance companies was evident from the get go. Clean out was scheduled within 24 hours to avoid mold and mildew, pods were brought in for content salvage and storage- all being packed away including a photo itemized content list, (which by the way has been requested by the insurance company on several occasions). State of the Art dehumidifiers and fans were installed in an expeditious manner. Damaged content was itemized and photographed and disposed of promptly, according to county code with the property looking cleaner than before the occurrence. Even Mom's clothing was dry cleaned and salvaged. Certified Electrician's were scheduled to replace electrical panels and wiring. Contractors replaced insulation and barriers- Entirely without any additional stress to me. All work was completed according to code and finished without any complications or additional stress to us. Onto his staff: his staff's work ethics are impressive and based on DEPENDABILITY. They arrived when scheduled and worked diligently and efficiently. They were courteous, respectful, trustworthy and thorough. I had no worries about permitting a lock box to be installed, therefore granting them property access at their convenience. Nobody wants 2 feet of water in their basement with electrical hazards- but heck if it needs to happen call John at Mountain View Restoration- he will guide you through the process, clearly explaining and scheduling repairs and make the process as stress free as possible for the homeowners. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend this company.

In August of 2021 my family experienced a house fire, due to the negligence of another party who was flipping the house attached to ours. We met John that same day and I knew immediately that it wad the right choice. He set us up with a public adjustor who was able to get our settlement quickly. The entire team at Mountain View Restoration had been amazing and ready to deal with. Regardless of delays or any bumps in the road, they have been there every step of the way. Our rebuild had taken longer than anticipated due to issues with the owners of the neighboring home being uninsured. Even when we ran out of insurance money to cover the rent in our temporary home and rental furniture John made sure we had nothing to worry about. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Not only do they care about the customer but they take pride in their work and it shows!

I was referred to mountain view restoration a few months ago due to major flood from a broken pipe. When I first met John and his crew I felt very comfortable. He explained to me what needed to be done and how they were going to proceed . I was told it would take three weeks to get my house back to normal. However they got it done in record time 11 days, I am now back in my home and the workmanship was outstanding. They dealt with the insurance company and it was a pleasant experience.
