Stay away so you don't have to file a lawsuit against Roman.Roman is extremely unresponsive and the company as a whole aren't all on the same page with who's in charge or what's going on. Roman authorized work that was not authorized by the homeowner or the property management company.His workers said he usually tells them to go ahead and start working without a contract in place since he thinks he's going to get the contract from the customer.Just be careful and make sure you tell this company specifically what you want otherwise they'll go off and do whatever they want with your home.

I worked with Maxi Services through the whole process and am more than happy with the results. I was informed every step of the way and was told to call anytime. The Maxi crew are skilled and professional! I am so grateful for all Maxi Services and Restoration did, they truly went above and beyond to give me a new kitchen!!! I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Thank you Maxi Services and especially Roman for a job well DONE!!!
Jan 07, 2023 · Karen PotterDO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication, and entirely insensitive to the client. I've had such a terrible experience with this company but the things that made me the most frustrated:1. The workers are NEVER on time (always 1+ hour late) so we have to wait around for them if we need to leave the house...and sometimes they just straight up lie about when the workers would come. They said the workers would absolutely wouldn't work on weekends so we had friends over on Friday and Saturday. They show up first thing Saturday morning...2. They had to block off 80% of our only 2 rooms in the apartment to do work. Didn't tell us this prior to showing up to start work even though someone had come to the apt to inspect it beforehand. Tried to charge us hundreds of dollars because Roman, the extremely rude manager, said we the workers couldn't start work since our things were still in the rooms they had to work on when we weren't even told to move them....3. Terrible communication and lack of understanding to the residents living in the apt they are working on. They are super vague about deadlines and basically give you no information on when the entire job would be finished. You can see how frustrating that would be when both me and my partner work from home, and BOTH of our office spaces in only 2 rooms in the house were blocked off. Ended up having to delay a month's work producitivity.4. Had to sleep in the living room for days because they ran extremely loud machinery in both bedrooms (of course without notifying us prior)5. Oct 13, 2022 · Alice XuI'm on the board of our HOA, and we've worked with Maxi Serve several times. We were referred by our HOA mgmt company, Allstate.We've unfortunately had several leak issues where we needed mitigation done asap to prevent mold. Most of the communication was done with Roman the owner and he's been great.He sends his techs same day to start the mitigation, which includes identifying all the area with moisture, setting up fans for drying then removal of everything that has been water-damaged (drywall, insulation, etc)The buildbacks take a bit longer, but that's expected and we've never had issues with craftsmanship.Lastly, they have the proper software to produce itemized estimates/proposal which is necessary to get the proper insurance coverage for when it makes sense to make a claim.
