We just had a service completed by Jeffrey Akridge with Indiana Foundation Service today (8/25/25). The service was to inject a poly foam under our basement floor, to prevent it from sinking. Nicholas Bennett was the foreman that arrived at our home on June 23, 2025. Nicholas kept me updated during the entire time he was lifting our driveway, front steps and sidewalk. We had erosion around our swimming pool that had cracked the concrete in a number of place, so evening all the slabs wasn't an easy task. Brandon did the repair work and he was outstanding. He explained his approach to fixing the concrete so that it wouldn't damage the pool. We were especially happy with the caulking job he did on the cracks.Highly recommend Indiana Foundation!

Got quoted and was originally charged for 20’ of sill plate replacement in a converted garage (on a concrete pad, not in a crawlspace). It was not until a month after a project was done and paid for that another contractor we were working with looked at it & noticed it was actually a base plate replacement (no sill plate) so instead of lifting up the framing and replacing a sill plate, they cut the vertical joists and then cut out and removed the base plate and put a new one in, leaving our wall unsupported & the full job unfinished. They did not inform us any additional work needed to be done nor did they inform us the scope had changed.After many calls and emails to the contacts we originally worked with went unanswered, we thankfully got a quick response after posting a negative Google review. A supervisor did come up from Indy to Lafayette to look at it and refunded us everything but the initial deposit, charging us for a base plate replacement instead of a sill plate replacement. We are very thankful they were willing to right their wrong, but we would’ve never known a different job was done and our wall was unsupported if another contractor hadn’t pointed it out. I wish the original techs / sales representative would’ve been forthcoming about the situation when it was completed & wish the issue could’ve been resolved sooner. Overall would not recommend for the Lafayette area, but appreciate the professionalism of the supervisor from Indy.
