★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don’t usually write negative reviews, but what this company did to my father is simply not right.After my father’s house burned down, First Onsite came out and promised him the world so they could secure the job. Since he had never gone through anything like this before, he placed his trust in them. In the beginning, they communicated efficiently, but over time, things started falling apart. Employees would quit, they wouldn’t show up as scheduled, and we were constantly left in the dark, not knowing who to speak to.One particular site supervisor, Joe, treated my father differently just because he didn’t speak Spanish. To say the least, Joe’s behavior was racist and completely unprofessional. My father felt disrespected throughout the process. On the other hand, Aaron, one of the employees, did try to help, but unfortunately, he moved positions and we lost our only reliable contact.We paid the entire amount due back in July, but as of today, they still have not removed the lien they claimed they had to put on the home. Despite multiple emails, they’ve completely forgotten—or neglected—to take it off. This whole experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I wouldn’t recommend First Onsite to anyone going through such a difficult time.

Nothing more nothing less, And were such a pleasure to Have, I'd Gladly Invite All Crew members In The Home Again. I was Treated with Courtesy and Respect, and The Issues Where Handled As Told. The admin staff does not return calls, or emails to resolve payments delays. The project manager promised to get payment resolved and failed to do so. In fact, when I advised the project manager that I would have to file small claims action, his response "do what you have to do".As it turns out that I was not the only vendor that performed work for Interstate Restoration and did not get paid for the services. It's a shame that a company profits by not paying vendors.
