I wanted to thank Josh Dorff for helping me get a replacement roof due to hail damage. I didn't think it would happen but Josh did the initial inspection and seemed confident the insurance company would pay for a full replacement. All I had to do was contact my insurance company with Josh and he took care of everything. Josh explained how the whole process would go and how to get the money from my insurance company. I could contact him anytime and would have an answer right away, which made me feel confident about everything. The roof looks great and that's a big expense I shouldn't have to worry about for another 30 years. Thanks again!!

Highly recommend 100%. Colin was amazing, he handled everything with our insurance company and our adjuster. He had our best interests at heart the entire time. Thrilled with my beautiful new roof. It was 18 years old, I never dreamed it would be covered due to the horrible hail storm that we had. We hadn't stopped by our house, I would have never known I had damage. I am so grateful that I let him check my roof, because I have a beautiful new one and my house looks amazing. All I had to pay was my homeowners insurance deductible. If your house went through a severe storm, you definitely want them to come out and give you a FREE inspection and check your roof. Because you may have damaged that you don't even know is there. For us he was a Godsend! I cannot thank him enough! I also want to thank all of the workers, it was 94° that day, and they got it done. Thank you disaster solutions, and thank you Colin!

Disaster Solutions is a great company. Colin was so easy to work with. He helped facilitate the process with my insurance company. My roof looks great. They even hung my new shutters for me. The workers were very nice and cleaned up everything.

While I did not end up getting my roof redone (hail damage not severe enough to be covered by insurance) I had a very positive experience with George. He came out and gave me a very honest assessment; then went above and beyond and offered to hammer in some nails that were coming loose in my flashing (no charge). When he was packing up to go he realized he'd left a couple of minor smudgy fingerprints on the flashing so he took the ladder back out to wipe that away. As someone who is details-focused, I really appreciated the care he put into doing this minor task to perfection.
