★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was my first experience having extensive water damage in my home that required more than a mop. I did not know who to call and started with a Google search. I called BMS and reached Jeff Watson and after explaining my situation I immediately felt a sense of relief, because he said he could get a crew headed straight out. This was Friday evening and I was concerned about it being the weekend, but that did not matter, because BMS had crews on call. Jeff told me that he would reach out to a gentleman by the name of Jeremy and to call him back if I had any questions or concerns. Soon thereafter I received a voicemail message from Jeremy, as I was away from my phone, saying that a crew was packing to head my way to give him a return call. I confess, it felt good knowing that although Jeremy did not initially reach me, just knowing a team had been assembled and progress was steady moving towards me and my problem meant so much! Fast forward, the team of Maria and Craig arrived. I explained and showed them the water damage in the kitchen that subsequently flowed through to the guest restroom and adjacent bedroom. We discussed what the process would be and they immediately took charge and started removing flooring in the kitchen. They removed boards back to the dry areas and did exactly what they had explained earlier. They were super efficient and cleaned as they worked! LOVED THAT! Readers, they had it together! My stress levels were calming watching them work so efficiently. After clearing the kitchen they moved to the restroom removing the tile and then onto the wet carpet in the bedroom. They showed me damaged areas in each room after the flooring was peeled back. At the end they set up the dryers and dehumidifiers. I do not know how I could be more satisfied with BMS. If Maria and Craig are examples of the team assembled at BMS, I would always use this company and highly recommend them. Although there is so much work yet to be done with the mess I created, I cannot convey to you enough how pleased I am today!P/S: The fans are loud, but I slept like a baby and I attribute BMS to that for their prompt efficient control of the situation!
Aug 26, 2023 · Terri BBMS was extremely helpful in that they moved and stored our furniture, including sofas, a sectional, tables, cabinets, chairs, & rugs. They staked considerable pain to ensure our belongings were treated with the utmost care, by securely wrapping each individual item to ensure the move to storage would be protected from damage. The provided that same effort when they returned it at our requested time weeks later. BMS was extremely accommodating, accessible, reassuring, who in my opinion went above and beyond standard professionalism which erased any fears or questions that our property was handled with the utmost care. Thanks to Jeremy Jones, the manager, our dealing with BMS turned out to be one of the most appreciated experiences my wife and could have ever imagined.
Apr 10, 2025 · Ray WilliamsI usually do not write reviews but the service that BMS provided was overwhelming poor quality.The project manager contracted out the work and the entire job took 6 months to complete. During this time our home was not a priority and it was obvious by the next to none interaction by the project manager from the start of the repairs. We were charged for work that was not done, did not pay for ruined food due to them leaving our refrigerator unplugged. We were charged for a large amount of wood to repair flooring and then they turned around and took the remaining bundles of the wood back but we were charged the full price as if they used in our home for the repairs. We were also charged for extremely large amount of boxes and packing materials that were never used. The cleaning crew was worthless and did not clean home and I had to clean my home myself and was charged as if they did. The packing crew used a spare office space to throw pillows and other house goods on the couch and floor but statedthey packed and unpack from boxes. The moving crew they hired broke our recliner couch and until this day it has not been repaired. BMS removed insulation under the home during the mold restoration and never replaced the insulation until we told the project manager it was not replaced. Needless to say our home heating was working over time to keep our 3,500 sq ft home warm. BMS was also to paint the kitchen but ultimately did not and we had it painted ourselves out of our own pocket and clearly in the itemized breakdown of work it states they were to paint the kitchen walls. My warning is to look over the final bill to make sure you are not being charged for labor/work and materials that were not used ordone. I would not recommend BMS for any home repairs. When we questioned the final over inflated cost we were threatened to have a lien placed on our home if we did not turn over the check to them.

Jul 26, 2025 · Emmanuel SowhoMitigation - 2 of 2 stars! Ryan Stacey and team were responsive and took care of me in mitigation. The fans and sealed off work zone were top notch and really prevented the damage from being worse and kept dust/debris localized. Ryan handed off the reconstruction portion of the project and then...Reconstruction - 0 of 2 stars... After multiple calls, missed quote deadlines, and a couple weeks time...I was left to fend for myself on finding help to do walls, ceiling, carpet, paint, and insulation.Recommendation - 0 of 1 star. Though the mitigation was great, it was only 1 part of the job as a whole. The promise to take care of the job from start to finish wasn't upheld and I wouldn't reach out to them for future service nor recommend. (A month after mitigation was completed, I still haven't received a quote or additional contact about reconstruction.)
