Had a water pipe leak in the downstairs sunroom on Sunday morning. Had the plumber find the leak and fix it. Called 911 Restoration on Sunday and Scott showed up Monday morning to access the damage.He thoroughly checked the structure and even went under the house to ensure all areas were inspected. He suggested a good mitigation plan, explained it well, and put it into action per our challenging schedule.Scott completed the work accurately and on time. The work site was cleaned and ready for the drywall replacement phase. Scott was professional and went the extra mile for us and our home. In addition, he kept up the communications so I knew what was going on.The 911 restoration prices were very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration and Scott to handle any water mitigation services.

Hands down the best in the business! I panicked when my son told me our basement carpet was “squishy” but called 911 Restoration and they had guys out within an hour. The whole team was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. After 3-4 days of running their industrial strength fans and dehumidifiers, the basement was completely dry with no smell, no trace of water. They came back and removed everything, and had my basement (playroom/bonus room) put back together in no time!

Amazing service. Bought a new house, and wanted to get a proper inspection so we could sleep better at night knowing if there was any mold issues and 911 restoration made that happen. They came by on time and sent a text prior to arrival. Not only did they inspect, but also educate us on mold. We highly recommend to anyone.

Saved me A LOT of worry and stress when my house had water damage from a pipe that burst... took care of every single thing for me without me even having to ask or stay on top of them. Very trustworthy, on time, and do exactly what they say when they say it will be done!!! Excellent people and company. Would NEVER go with anyone else. Quality of work and people is 10/10!!!

Called in, came out within half an hour, quick estimate and timely cleanup and hour after estimate with all necessary equipment and done after just a couple hours. Very nice, professional and honestly a huge relief to get it taken care of so fast.
