Jose was excellent! We have an old house and needed 1-Tom's help installing appliances, a sink in the basement and fixing a few leaks. We were on a tight move-in schedule and needed help fast! They helped set me up with Jose at a relatively short notice. Jose did a great job and I'm very satisfied with his service! He even had great recommendations for future work needed in the house. We had a leak in the main pipe, and Jared from 1-Tom-Plumber came out to fix it. Not only did he take care of the issue quickly, but he also went out of his way to figure out what caused it. He discovered that the water pressure in the house was a bit over 140 psi, well above the recommended max of 80 psi, and that the pressure regulator wasn’t working. That’s something we wouldn’t have known otherwise, and we really appreciated him taking that extra step.Big thanks to Jared Gomez, who was fantastic from the moment he showed up and handled everything perfectly. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knows what he’s doing. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing a great job.I had an excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber from start to finish.
