This company gets 10 ⭐️ from me!Absolutely the most competent, compassionate, hard working group of nice people I have ever hired to perform a job.My basement flooded in the middle of the night from the sump pump malfunctioning during the great flood of April 2025 and I awoke to a cement swimming pool under my entire home.I’m absolutely freaking out!I called early Monday am and even though they were very busy came out within a few hours, gave me a GREAT price to take care of all the water, wet carpet and drywall and possible mold & mildew problems in my future and started working right away. Within the next 20 minutes a whole army of very nice people were going to town.A few days later they took out all the dryers and dehumidifier’s and said the humidity levels were well below the danger zone and 1 guy pulled out all that equipment by himself within 15 minutes!Amazing!!!!🤩A family owned and run business everyone I met was friendly and caring. I had water coming in through my laminate floor and didn’t know where it was coming from. When I called the Dry Out Guys they came immediately, but the damage had been done over a long period of time and I didn’t realize it. We discovered it was a leak in my toilet in the bathroom, which had spread under the tile in the bathroom and out to my living area as well as the walls surrounding the bathroom and closets. They started the mediation soon after because they were concerned about mold which they did find a couple of places. The crew came out for several days and cleared the whole area. Walls were taken down, tile and laminate was taken off the floor until it was ready for the next step. It took a while for the insurance company to OK, but once they did, the Dry Out Guys were immediate in putting my house back together. I have to give a big shout out to Jennifer Holmes as she was the one who took all my phone calls, as well as coordinated all the workers who completed the process. I can’t say enough about the workers who put my walls back together, put the plumbing in and also the floor People and the painters. I felt a real connection to all of them, and I am very satisfied and extremely grateful with the outcome. I would highly recommend the Dry Out Guys with any water issues that you may have.

When my basement flooded, because of a burst pipe, i didnt know where to start. I have never filed a claim before, so I started to call for quotes. "The Dry Out Guys" were the ONLY company that called me back the same day. From that moment, my house and I, were taken care of by wonderful caring people. Wonderful experience with Dry Out Guys and Carson Contractors. They came to my rescue in the middle of the night when there was water everywhere and I was scared to death! They did an excellent job with restoration. We decided to go with them for the rebuild and they were always help life , kind and professional.

After a visit from our home warranty company we learned that we had a leaky toilet. After a google search I called The Dry Out Guys. I made them aware that I did not know much about this process. The office was able to walk me through every step of the way. They worked with the insurance company and even at a busy time of the year they were able to have my home finished for the holidays. Thank you for your time, attention, and flexibility in repairing my bathroom and kitchen ceiling. I highly recommend your services for anyone that needs work on their home.
