• I give Paul Davis Restoration five stars because, first they came out very quickly to get the drying process started, everyone that was sent to my property when a supply line blew and flooded nearly my whole downstairs, from the initial inspector, James lockridge and water mitigation estimator, Tim White and field manager Charlie Kessler, they were all very kind, respectful, professional and informative. The demo crew Nicholas key and Jeremy Asher went above and beyond to ease my mind about what they were doing and why , they did a very professional, thorough job to make sure everything was dried out and trying not to cause any more destruction than the water had already done, these two young men went above and beyond, doing their job, they were very kind and compassionate, which put my mind at ease and what I was going to have to deal with in the next few weeks I can't say enough about these two, they were awesome! Next phase, for the repair stage I will stay with Paul Davis to finish the project. I have complete confidence that they will restore my property back to the previous condition it was before all this unfortunate destruction happened from the water, thank you Paul Davis and company I will add photos and another review after the completion of the restore is done.

• We had a water issue in kitchen. Unfortunately this had happened when I was laid up in hospital and rehab My wife was trying to handle everything on her own if it wasn't for Courtney/Nick/ Charlie/Drew and Austin they helped her out so much assuring her It would be ok .And everything thing would work out they had come very professionally did the work with no problems. • There are not enough amazing things I could say that justify the experience I had with Paul Davis. From the time my house was lost in a fire to the time it was completed, Robin and the entire team at Paul Davis went above and beyond to ensure the work was done promptly, professionally, and that I was informed. My home was challenging to say the least, yet the team at Paul Davis made it seem easy and I feel comfortable knowing my home was in great hands during its reconstruction.

• Professional, quick, personable crew. Helped us make the best of a bad situation as painlessly as possible. Tim and Todd were always a quick call away if any questions arose during remediation and reconstruction.They went above and beyond on the final day of the project to get our home liveable again. Hopefully we never need them again, but if I ever have another emergency I know who to call!
