What makes a firm like Sullivan's Cleaning & Restoration a compelling choice is their specialized local focus and comprehensive service model. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had fire damage to my pillar in July 2023 and my insurance company suggested Sullivan's Cleaning & Restoration. I do not recommend this company. It took over a year for them to work on a stucco pillar and they did not complete the job, yet they billed me. Poor communication, poor workmanship (pillar has been cracking and continues to get worse, see photos) but they continue to ask for payment even though they were informed of the dissatisfaction due to the poor workmanship, cracking pillar, and incomplete job. Recieved another bill recently stating no further work will be completed until they receive payment. Dan came out after I called them in October of 2024 to look at and take pictures of the cracking pillar but did not say anything about what they were going to do to correct the poor workmanship or what they would do to fix the cracking; he did say before he left that "Deb said you still have to pay the bill." I refuse to pay for an incomplete job and poor workmanship. It will cost me more now to have someone else come in and fix what they did.
May 12, 2025 · Choua VangI would not let these guys near my house again. They do not communicate very well at all. They will say they will do something and you have to ask multiple times. After agreeing to have them do the siding we added on the roof. It was a job to get an estimate from them or a summary of what was actually being done. I had to ask pat multiple times before Nicole finally sent and explained that pat had to leave due to a family emergency. Which I totally get but he did have time before to send and didn’t. I was told that I had left over money from the siding and rolled that into the roof and was told since they got the materials (siding) from Menards I could get the rebate.( doesn’t look like I’m getting this since they are ghosting me now) I paid the balance and was told I would get a refund of the osb I paid for that insurance covered. They did the roof quick. No issues there. It’s when the siding came. One excuse after another. They will be here tomorrow at 8 they wouldn’t be there til noon or wouldn’t show at all, over and over. They would say we will be here and then send a 70 year old who can’t bend down to start the siding. Ummm it starts at the bottom. Anyways they get it done. They don’t install the downspouts I had to have them come back, the put them on wrong even after telling me they had a picture and knew where put them. Whatever it’s done. But then when I asked about the refund. Blah blah they didn’t get paid yet blah. I called insurance and they said they sent out a payment of over 20k plus the money I gave them so over 26k (Which is for the siding, I paid for the roof.) I tried explaining I paid for the roof. You got most of your money why can’t you just refund me and give me the rebate. It’s been awhile since they’ve finished now, she says the rebate will have to wait cause they send everything together at once and that they can’t refund me yet cause they are funding and they pay interest. How is that on me? I paid already, the insurance should be paying the interest, but according to insurance they didn’t send the paperwork in right or on time. Surprise surprise. I eventually got a refund I doubt it was correct cause when you ask for paperwork you don’t hear back or they send half. But whatever I got somewhat of a refund but now it’s been awhile again and I have reached out about the rebate the should be a few hundred dollars and they won’t return my emails. This place seems really shady. Look elsewhere.
