Short version:I paid for 3 bedroom/1 hallway/1 stair. They did not clean the stairs. When I contacted them the lady tried to gas light me into saying it was done. After I provided proof it was not done she still stuck to her gun but offered me a $50 gift card.So now I have a gift card I will never use because I'm appalled at how disrespectful they were. Also what the guy did clean, he rushed through it quick and did enough to "look clean".See pictures of the accused "cleaned" stairs. Yes I understand it's pet hair, shouldn't a PAID professional carpet cleaning service be capable of cleaning this?Edit:A very kind lady reached out to me after this review and refunded me $50 for the stairs not being done. She apologized for the previous people giving me a hard time.

I am shocked at my experience, especially after seeing rave reviews, which prompted me to have the service performed. I had the service done last Thursday, and on Saturday, I changed my AC unit's air filter, because I saw no notable changes mentioned by one of my neighbors. These photos are what I found in the ductwork behind the air handler. This all started when their company representative gave me a pitch about how Stanley Steemer's process was supposed to prevent Legionnaire's disease and other issues caused by breathing allergens caused dirty air, but then a crew comes out, and THIS is what they leave behind. As a follow up, to these photos, I checked camera footage and the crew spent most of their time in their air conditioned truck, while the process they were supposed to be running in my home; had them to turn off my central AC unit for over 3 hours in 90 degree temperatures, allowing my home to reach sweltering conditions, which it took nearly a full day to recompensate. They made a point to bring out air lines, and drag them across floors, which inspecting the ductwork, showed they did not attach them to anything. They also created a before-after presentation, and left the dirt and dust collected at the locations in place. When I started the clean the debris, they said it was part of their job to do it, so I stopped. They left and did not even clean the spots left behind in their fraud.Update:As stated by the owner, a courtesy cleaning was scheduled at my convenience; which was performed yesterday. The same team members providing the initial service appointment responded and admitted their efforts could have been better. They focused their attention near the rear of the home, which included photographed location behind the air handling unit. They achieved no notable results to the area posted in my original photos, which they believed would have shown improvement. When they were about to leave, it I was only because they wanted me to inspect, which allowed us to see there was no change. In summary, it seemed the duct cleaning provided by their air system, did not account for the volume of the ducting of my air handling unit, which is large enough for a person to enter with plenty of space to maneuver. If you can picture having an air hose blowing into an open space; there simply is not enough force to move objects, or even dirt. Results were achieved when one of the technicians entered the ducting with a back mounted shop vacuum to perform the cleaning manually; evidenced by the latter added photographs in this review. While admittedly, this job required my personal inspections and complaint to achieve the effort resulting in the desired outcome; I was pleased Stanley Steemer and their technicians proved their integrity, by admitting their fault, and responding with the extra effort to achieve satisfactory results.

Stanley Steemer’s Technician, DeQuandre was awesome! I should have used them long time ago! But be sure I will use them again. DeQuandre was very professional told me how much he loved his job and I could see he took great pride in it. Very hard working young man, a great ambassador for Stanley Steemer! Give him a raise he sure deserves it! It was a joy to see DeQuandre do such a lovely job!! A big giant smile never left his face the whole time, now you know you don’t see that happen much these days, but I too smiled the whole time just looking at his joy!! lolI had a recliner couch that had seen better days, lol, two arm chairs and a rug. They look awesome now!

Alexander was beyond AMAZING! He was detailed, courteous, knowledgeable, interpersonal, and respectful. My carpets 5 rooms and a hall were a challenge but he made what I thought was as impossible very possible! I’m going to request him for all future cleanings!! I didn’t even realize how dirty the carpet was until I saw the comparison! Thank you so much Alex!
