After Hurricane Milton, retention pond overflow left 39 inches of liquid ick in our house for five days. Andrew and his teams I’d and excellent clean out, rip out wallboard, dry up, and treatment of the house. He went above and beyond the contract to help up.

Great company and even better people. I came home to a leaking water heater… mind you it was 1:30am. Worst thing to come home to after a “relaxing” vacation. My entire unit was covered in 3 inches of water (ankle deep) - living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet. It looked like a scene straight out of the Titanic. I started making calls and luckily Andrew came to the rescue. He drained the water and set up the fans to reduce the chances of mold build up. He was quick, efficient and extremely reassuring. He came every single day and made sure everything was in order. In just 3 days everything was dry and ready for the next step in the process. With that being said there is nothing more to say. I highly recommend this company for anyone who experiences the unfortunate event of water damage to their property … and if a fella named Andrew comes along I guarantee he will surpass your expectations!

We couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness of the Servpro Team that showed up after Hurricane Helene brought 30+ of storm surge into our home. Their quick, courteous, and quick response took a huge burden of myself and my family as we picked up the pieces. The came across the state and started work on our home within 48hours post flood. I would recommend ServPro of N. Lauderdale/W. Tamarac to anyone! They were just awesome. I hope that we never need them again, but know who to call if we do.
