Carson and John were both very thorough and professional with their demo work after our garage had a fire sprinkler pipe burst. They had to make several trips down to Sedona from Flagstaff and always stayed in touch as to when they were coming. Danny, the owner was always very responsive and helpful on the phone and email. They came the next day after I called them and made sure everything was really dry before removing their equipment. After the work was completed, they made sure to clean up the all the insulation debris so we could continue our restoration project. I definitely recommend Servpro.

When we discovered mold in one of our commercial properties, ServPro was fast to respond for an estimate on mold remediation. After meeting with Sammy, I was impressed with the time he spent explaining the process and ultimately his patience when there was a hiccup during the scheduled appointment. The turnaround time was quick and he stayed in contact the entire time. After the project was done, the team did a great job of cleaning up and disposing of any debris. Hopefully we will not need their services anytime soon, but if we do, we won’t hesitate to call them again!

My property in Sedona was recently flooded during the monsoon. I called a number of different companies, but Servpro was the one that responded. They were able to get me on their calendar for the following day. These guys were so professional, they treated my house as if it were their own. They kept me updated daily as to their progress and shared pictures when I wasn’t there. They were very careful about cleaning up and making sure it was ready for restoration. When all of the work was done, they came back and helped move my furniture back into the space. I really am so appreciative.Sammy and team were excellent and I highly recommend them.

Danny and Sammy where both very professional. Did a great job of clean up after a kitchen sink drain failed. They responded quickly and got us on their schedule within a reasonable amount of time.Sammy was polite and kept us informed as we went through the dry out process. He is a very hard working individual! I would use this service again!

Danny showed up promptly for small water leakage situation in mid March. Cut out wall, put in 2 heater fans and a dehumidifier. Two weeks later the equipment was still running (unnecessarily) and Danny has never been back, unable to contact, no where to be found. Nearly 2 months later and the Servpro equipment is still there. I hired someone else to finish the repair.
