Consumer beware. Get details in writing with the consideration of hiring this company out of Pensacola (owner Jake Petrovic). We were naive and got ripped off. We were told a quote based off the sq.ftg of our home. When they were finished ripping literally ripping sheetrock, removing much more than needed, not preparing our house professionally for the tear out like these companies are supposed to with covering belongings with plastic, etc. Lets just say when all said and done our house was DESTROYED much more than should have been, beautiful doors thrown out that most definitely been saved, they didn't tear out 2 bedrooms of walls (just ripped baseboard off ripping up walls), didn't remove kitchen, one wall in garage, main bath, master bath was destroyed removing the toilet for no reason, not covering up the sewer drain and now there is a ton of sheetrock debris in our pipes. They didn't even have a wet vac to clean up all the debris all over the place. What would you think? The bill would be quite less when all was done. Wrong. It was higher. When Jake was contacted about all this, he reduced the bill to where it was in the original quote of the whole house being done and we would have thought professionally. We had sheet rockers come to our house saying our tear out was definitely on the top list of worst seen especially when they measure the unusual heights of the cuts, all off measure with being able to cut a 8ft piece of sheetrock in half. Their cut measurements are all different heights and again making it very difficult for a sheet rocker to work with. We had someone from the city feel so bad about what we were charged for this mess, they brought us a Pinellas County Consumer complaint form to submit. There is a major amount of patch work, not just sheet rocking and blending in as should be which is costing us more than should have to finish closing up the walls. To top it off, we helped all weekend cleaning out debris, called the city to pick up the trash to which with the price they charged should have been hauled by them, bought them lunch and got backstabbed with a higher than expected bill. The amount of fans thrown all over the house was insane with thrown wires all over the place with major tripping hazards I had to clean up so we didn't trip over the total mess. 2 year young business with complaints and learning curves in progress. I lose sleep allowing this company to tear my house apart and feel sick just thinking about the experience we have been thru and providing a $8,000 deposit which they wanted. Just beware of the nice talk. It's all about the money and taking advantage of insurance.
Nov 21, 2023 · A RWe had Service Master come and check out our Air Ducts for any kind of contamination since our house is 20 years old. They put a camera in our ducts and found black mold growing. They provided a negative pressure cleaning of all air ducts in our house and then sanitized them by using natural oils to clean the ducts. Everything was done in a timely matter, nice neat, methodical and clean There was a light fragrance in the air which was gone the next day. They gave us detailed information on their process and willingly answered all of our questions before We had the air duct cleaning and sanitization done We even had them install a Blue light in our Air conditioning unit. They were very thorough and respectful. As a matter of fact several other homeowners in our neighborhood asked them for the same service so they gave us all a discount, because many of the homeowners took advantage of this awesome service.We Highly recommend this service and only Service Master of Pensacola. Thank you for a job well done!

Water damage is always more extensive than it looks and we only found minimal problems past what the estimate was. We discussed budget and they kept to it. It was a large flood and the damage was extensive right before the holiday. They worked around our business offices with minimal disruption. They took the time to explain when we had questions and discussed in detail the plan.

RogersThis company was excellent and I would trust them again!I was having serious health issues and my doctor recommended a mold check in home.ServiceMaster by EMCO came out and meticulously treated Every inch of my home to where I felt safe to go back in.Before they began, they explained the entire process.They tested the air quality and did a tape lift to test the mold on surfaces.My duct work was cleaned as well as individual items disinfected throughout my entire home, floor to ceiling.I felt confident to return to my home following the process.The team worked for three days non-stop until the job was complete.I am very pleased with ServiceMaster and the Family owned business and their wonderful team made an uncomfortable situation for me, pleasant with their reassurance that I am safe now in my home.Thank you again.I recommend this company and ServiceMaster by EMCO for your concerns with these issues.

Jake and his crew came in and did an excellent job regarding the cleanup and drying of the area affected. They did have to cut out some walls as water had gotten in the studs but was able to strategically cut and place equipment that avoided having to do more extensive demolition. They were very respectful of our area as a medical facility, while remediating the wet situation. Our insurance adjuster made comments that they did a fantastic job! We still have a way to go to get back to normal, but couldn't have asked for a better crew!!
