I can’t say enough good things about Alina and her crew. I was able to reach them immediately after calling insurance, they were responsive and there within an hour, and able to start work right away to prevent any further damage. They communicated with me every day to make sure I understood where things were at, and what to expect and answer any questions I had, and came even on the weekends to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. I hope I’m never in this situation again, but if I am I will never call anyone else

It took four trips to get my stuff back from their storage space and even then, things are missing and I'm frustrated because their delays caused black mold in my garage, which had to be handled separately.

I had a potential biohazard situation with my fridge and Enrique walked me through all the options for fixing and cleanup, prioritizing low cost without compromising on safety. He checked for damage in areas that I would’ve missed otherwise, and gave me lots of helpful advice on what I can do to fix the situation with breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

They were nice and pulled things away from walls to clean behind furniture and put it all back more neat then I left it. They even did the dishes in the sink? I was going to go do them and spouse told me they did them already.This is a the best company when it comes to cleaning up after smoke damages. I can't say enough good things with the entire crew. Very professional and nice people. They go the extra mile for sure. well worth hiring it you have too. Make sure your insurance will cover the service its fantastic at the end.

I was in shock, couldn’t sleep, or think. Her years of experience packing, inventorying and getting my treasures into the drying warehouse was efficient. ServiceMaster even impressed the apartment management with their professionalism. 51 units were impacted and they definitely outshined how other apartments were handled. I’m so grateful that they took care of me.
