We sprung a leak in a water heater line flooding part of our downstairs. Funny how things don't look so bad, but when you measure how much water infiltrated the walls, baseboards, carpet, and flooring, it's a harsh awakening. ServiceMaster was one of the companies that our insurance company recommended. Brandon and his team were extremely helpful. They evaluated the water damage and helped us plan remediation. They did excellent work. However, we did experience one hiccup. After they replaced the flooring in the laundry room, the washer drain hose was not reconnected properly. Just on the eve of everything being restored, the washer flooded part of the newly finished work. However, ServiceMaster responded immediately and made it right. Even with the hiccup, I would not hesitate to call upon ServiceMaster for help in the future.

While on vacation our home created it's own indoor swimming pool, needless to say it was a shock to walk into. We contacted servicemaster they arrived in 25 minutes, they handled everything with our claim to insurance as well as restoring our home.
