Erik was great! He was very kind, personable and thorough. He explained everything clearly and was very efficient and effective in service. He also cleaned up afterwards and did not leave a mess anywhere.I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They are a communicative, very knowledgeable, and professional.

I am extremely happy that Erik was sent as my technician today! It feels very good to receive service from a knowledgeable and experienced professional like him. Along with his great work I felt like I was treated as family and not a customer. Thank you again Erik !

Overall, Mr. Steve did a great job. He immediately saw the problem and got right on it. However, having a seperate service for a camera to come out and look through to see what caused the problem wasn't necessary. The problem was already taken care of. I feel the pricing was a bit overwhelming, if the snake had already cleared out the problem. I will still give Steve 5 stars but the pricing was a bit much. Only one toilet was backed up and the outside main cleared the problem.

My AC tech cleared the AC drain line in attic. And clogged the kids bathroom drain where it connects into. This is Thursday night. And not looking forward to having kids be without their bathroom on a weekend.Called Roto-Rooter. Response was great. Emanuelle came out and had the 25 ft cable run down the drain and unclog it.Thanks for prompt help.

I called Roto-Rooter at 8pm Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend because sewage was backing up into the showers & toilets. At 10pm, I received a call back from the office, letting me know that no plumbers would be available to come that night. They offered to reschedule me for the next morning between 8-9am and made sure we were a priority in their system. At 7:20am Memorial Day Monday, I received a call that our technician was en route. Steve showed up promptly at 7:55 and got straight to work! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and had our main sewer line cleaned out within an hour. He had a great attitude showing up on a holiday. Thanks Steve!
