After our plumbers left, and I was very happy with our service my daughter came upstairs and asked if there was supposed to be a bowl of water underneath the basement sink. I went downstairs and our P-trap was cracked, and there was a bowl placed underneath. Nobody said anything about it and obviously if there was a bowl placed underneath it was a known issue. While my wife and I were down there checking it out she went into the laundry room where the main stack is that they worked on and one of the handles for the basement faucet was turned back 45° from its standard position with water leak leaking out of that. Nobody said a word about either of these issues that were not there before these guys arrived. They were very pleasant guys but now I have additional issues to fix that weren’t there before they got here.
