I was given a window of time and then made to wait without updates for 5 hours behind the end of the window of time. By that late at night, of course I felt compelled to pay whatever it took. But over $300 to remove a pencil (in under 5 minutes) was just super steep.Nice guy though.

Jake, our technician came in and explained the process for cleaning the kitchen drain. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that we had to our satisfaction. He proceeded to clean the drain, tested and assembled back to working order. Excellent service.
