We had a MAJOR plumbing issue that naturally insurance wasn’t interested in covering and involved bringing in an excavator and about 2 weeks to fix. Simon Sexton was amazing guys. It was a crazy expensive issue and yet he made it feel less stressful somehow? Super nice guy, my dog loved him too, showed up every time during the project with a great attitude and walked us through literally every step. He was very clear about our options and the associated costs and ended up saving us some money in the end. Then to top it off we just got a tin of cookies from the company :) Even though I hope I never have to call them again, if I do I’ll ask for Simon.

We had an emergency clogged pipe from a tree root. Both of the technicians that came out were extremely nice guys. They fixed the problem and on Monday, I called the office to ask them to send me an invoice and she sent it right over. Very nice!It was very stressful because of the leakage we had in the garage. The technicians were on call, and they made a yucky job much more pleasant because both of them had smiles on their face, and we're not in bad moods from being on call. Thanks, guys for being so nice and getting it done quickly! Much appreciated!!!!
