Our home owners insurance has long since approved the money for repairs, but still we have nothing done other than them coming to inspect and take necessary measurements. We are going to end up with more damage come this winter if this isn't done soon!! Their quality of work better be stellar in order to counteract their lack of communication, timeliness, and professionalism!!

Zyd and Tim made multiple trips to the job site and worked very hard on the project. They did not leave until I am happy with the work. Zyd and Tim show their dedication to their work and delivered the project with superb quality!

He assigned the best the best craftsman in Matt, to repair and paint my ceiling and it is a true work of art! Additionally, the job was completed in 21/2 days. Matt also totally cleaned the dining room leaving it in better shape than he found it. Not only that, I got a huge refund from them because the job wasn’t as involved as RMS thought it would be! I love these guys. Your loss if you have an opportunity to hire them and you don’t!!
Sep 30, 2018 · Barbara SimsAfter installation floor puckered. It took 4 months for someone to come look at it they they said it was from water on the floor and they are not responsible. As many times as i told them there was no water, CT continually called me a liar then would no longer answer my calls. Contacted the manufacturer who came and evaluated and determined it was not due to water but was an installation error. He informed the owner of RMS that he needed to fix it. I never heard from him. The manufacturer is going to lay the replacement floor and I am so glad RMS is out of the picture. It has taken a year to come to this resolution because RMS refused to admit they screwed up. The owner would not return my calls either. Not even a call once they were told it was their fault to apologize for not taking care of it, calling me a liar and it taking a year to fix. Things are great unless you have a problem. I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional. I guess he doesn't care about his company's reputation.

There is little to say positive about a company who puts profits way ahead of their customers. If you want photos of the completed work, most of which was subpar at best then please e-mailed me.This company will smile and shake your hand when they meet you, but pretty much slap you in the face when you start any complaining about the workmanship.Will NEVER recommend RMS......
