I wish there were more than 5 stars! Duckstein not only restored a multiple unit structure that burned down, but they also successfully communicated with five different homeowners, their respective insurance companies, and an HOA throughout the process! Each unit had a different level of damage, including some that needed 100% rebuilt. They demonstrated an enormous amount of patience and consistently picked up the phone throughout the many months of our endless questions and concerns. I can't imagine how complicated it must have been on their end, but they managed to streamline the process so we as the homeowners could focus on getting back to normal life again. We had an undetected long time water leak from the dishwasher. Two kitchen cabinets and the hard wood floor was damaged. Duckstein Damage Restoration did the repair work. The crew consisted of Cary and Mark. They were professional, resourceful, fast and kept the area as clean as possible with the type of work they were doing. There were no surprises the work execution was organized and well thought out.The result is a nicely redone kitchen and very happy homeowners.Thank you, Cary, Mark and Duckstein Damage Restoration.

We wanted to write a review on Duckstein Restoration because of the great service and professionalism in restoring our home after a pipe burst in our master bathroom. Regis and his son Eric were our contractors and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They were always on time, very careful with our furniture and property, cleaned up every day, and worked very hard. Both are extremely knowledgeable and talented in many facets of restoration work. They kept us updated on the progress and let us know what would be done the next day. We converted the bathtub to a walk-in shower. When a couple issues came up, they addressed them and used their carpentry skills to give us a beautiful shower! We are happy to now be part of the Duckstein family!!

In December 2022, I was a victim of the -40 windchill day… Multiple pipe bursts, total nightmare.My HOI company Erie Insurance recommended Duckstein Contracting so I took their word for it, and hired them to lead the charge on flood mitigation, repair, flooring, drywall, painting, and other project needs. In short, they did a fantastic job, and I can’t recommend the folks at Duckstein highly enough.Darin was a fantastic project manager and I appreciated his candor throughout the process. I felt as if he had my back, and throughout my first ever home insurance claim, this was huge. He made the process go smoothly and ensured I was supported when communicating w/ insurance company.Eric was on the ball regarding materials purchase and coordinated my flooring order among other materials in a timely manner. New floors look great!The mitigation team was swift and thorough - I’ve never seen such intense commercial equipment (dehumidifiers, blowers, etc) and their timely response was important to minimizing damage spreading.And finally - the crew team lead by Scooter and Mark was top notch. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, learned a lot from those guys, and they’re true professionals at what they do. They’re the type of folks to the job right - and go out of their way to fix something if they see it’s not done properly. I appreciated their attention to detail.Thanks so much Duckstein Team!
