A water pipe broke and flooded my basement days before Christmas and a plan trip out of state. Rain Fire came almost immediately to begin the restoration work. Knowing I had plans to go out of town they went the extra mile to get things done as quickly as possible. I was impressed with all Their staff. My major kudos for them is the way they worked with my insurance company the staff at Rain Fire especially the office manager kept close tabs with me so I always knew what was going on. . All the contractors did the best possible work and shared with me what needed to be done and what they didI was often out of the house and had complete trust in all who came to work on the restoration. I highly recommend Rain Fire . They turned what was a very emotional, stressful situation into a happy ending.

What started out as a major inconvenience (basement flooding) ended in an even better living space for our family. Rain Fire Restoration was a pleasure to work with. They were excellent with communication and went the extra mile numerous times to ensure we had what we needed. This was especially helpful when working around our toddler's room, where they were sure to prioritize their work to make sure she had a comfortable place to sleep at night. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome! I had a mysterious water leak above a doorframe in my garage. Melissa answered and booked me right away, and Jared came to my house and assessed the situation fast and thoroughly, gave recommendations and referrals for how to move forward, and was all around great to work with! I have a home in Moab that experienced a sewer back up and they were the only company willing to commit because of the location. I was reassured by Jared that my home would be taken care of and that my belongings that were not affected would be boxed and bagged. On the first day that the team arrived, I met them there to introduce myself and get more information of what the process would be but found that they were more interested in the recreational activities than the work at hand but I was reassured that my belongings would be taken care of. After 2 weeks of zero updates or communication from anyone, I came to find that the only items bagged were my bedding, towels & pillows. Nothing else had been packed or boxed but was instead piled into pyramids in the rooms, yet I've been invoiced for $969.12 for 18 hours of "On-site Inventory, Packing and Boxing". During the process, they ruined the door jambs, the kitchen countertop was broken and had to be replaced, the bottoms of my bunkbeds as well as two stand alone closets were taken outside, left uncovered and ruined, fragile items were broken because of how things were stacked and items went missing. When I spoke to Brandon about it, he told me that "I could claim these issues on my insurance policy". I will never recommend Rainfire Restoration to anyone nor will I ever use them again because of the company's lack of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
