★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can not recommend this company unfortunately. We had smoke and heat damaged that ruined our entire basement with all my son and wife’s thing in it. National Flood And Fire was very quick to get me to sign a contract with them. That contract never told me how much they were going to charge to clean up my property. It ended up costing me over $14,000. That amount was subtracted from my insurance coverage so my son and wife only got a check for $11,000 to replace over $34,000 worth of items. Then when it came to rebuilding my basement, I dealt with Michael Brady and he was A terrible communicator. My job was supposed to be finished by the middle of May, and actually the job didn’t get done until late July. And I got a text from him in September saying that the city needed to come over and do a final inspection and I said that would be fine and he nor anyone from the city ever came! The workers Michael had doing the reconstruction were very good when they were here, but very poor communication with the client. Be very careful who you asked to help clean up your property in time of terrible tragedies.

They were efficient and friendly and made sure to be respectful of the kids, pets and all of the furniture we had to moveand work around. We got everything taken care of in a matter of weeks and really want to shout out to Mike Hymas and Mike Espinoza for their patience and diligence in getting our house back to functional so quickly.

They have even acted as my advocate with my insurance company when needed. Overall I highly recommend working with them if you need a reliable, quality partner for remediation and restoration.

And, aside from their hard work, strength and their every effort, each and every single one of Sara and her Crew made me feel comfortable. And, on top of it all they always treated me with kindness and respect and offered me a smile. But, I have got to tell your our job was huge and I have NEVER seen such a strong Crew and a fast Crew. I am ABSOLUTELY amazed. If you EVER have a need for services you have GOT to choose National Flood & Fire.

We initially were really impressed by their mitigation team and really enjoyed our project manager, Michael Brady, as a person. Unfortunately, as we progressed into the remodel phase, communication was became poor. We found out that our project had been delayed 2.5 weeks with a days notice and had nowhere to live. Not only that, but we had to reach out to Michael to find this out. Still not sure when, or if he ever, was planning to text us to let us know this.Additionally, the quality of the work was consistently poor. They often struggled with very simple tasks. For example, they forgot to use plumbers tape to install a sink faucet which caused it to leak. It took them 3 tries to install this faucet before they said “I think the pipe is defective. It simply needed plumbers tape, which took me 10 minutes to do. Our tile floors and grout were left a mess because they didn’t lay down a tarp while painting/drywalling. It took them 4 tries to finally get our floors clean after the drywall and paint were done. It is clear that masking tape was removed or simply not used at all throughout our home. The paint job was very sloppy. Finally, after the remodel was complete, they moved all of our belongings in BEFORE having their cleaning crew clean all the drywall dust up. We then had to spend days cleaning up their mess on our own time. I have plenty more complaints, but I think you get the picture.I do think there are good workers and good employees that work for this company. Our mitigation crew was excellent. A few months after moving in, they sent us Mike (not sure of his last name) to come and fix all the things that their other employees couldn’t get right. He did a great job. He completed tasks the first time, communicated well, and seemed to actually care about doing a good job.
