★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a major water leak from January’s freeze. I went through my insurance for a contractor for reconstruction of a study and 2 bathrooms in May. The owner James shows up to collect my deductible in May and assured me I would be in good hands. I haven’t seen him since. They sent out a contractor Aaron in June which he sent out some workers to do drywall, paint and texture, no one ever came out to check the work and I had a bunch of random workers show up. I have a wood floor that needs to be pulled up because it couldn’t be dried or saved and that hasn’t been pulled up as of yet. The previous contractor stopped showing up in June. I then escalated to the main company Lionsbridge contractor grp about the issue in August and James once again assured me he will handle everything himself. I was told that wood floor has been ordered and will be picked up, I was told he was going to have it delivered directly to my house the next day. I was then told that a contractor was going to show up and remove my floor and then on the scheduled day he called to say that the contractor’s equipment broke a couple hours before the appt. I was then told that the wood flooring was on back order. I had someone show up 2.5 weeks ago to look at a bookcase that needs to be rebuilt in the study and he said that he couldn’t do it that I need a cabinet maker. I received a call from a new project manager Andy who stated he would handle my claim now and that he would get my job finished and that was 2.5 weeks ago supposedly he is waiting on a response from cabinet maker. So in the 2 mons that I escalated to the main company nothing has happened and we are approaching the end of the year. Please do not use these people even if ins co request them ask for different company they have a made an unfortunate situation into something very terrible.

Oct 10, 2023 · Shaumika CoachbuilderWe hired Oates Restoration to paint our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, remove carpet and put down tile from 5 bedrooms and 6 closets. To date the project is still not complete. The cabinets have been painted 3 different times due to not being properly prepped the first time. They seem to have fixed that so far. They grouted the entire house with the wrong color grout, we chose a shade of gray and it has come out white. Their solution was to stain the grout the proper color which we were willing to try. It has not worked and has been peeling off in every room. When that happened initially they came out to touch up the spots but it is continuing to peel off. The only reason they came out to fix things is because I had to threaten contacting an attorney. Throughout this entire process they have brushed me off with "let me check and I'll get back to you", flat out ignored me, and passing off blame on another employee of theirs. For the past month I have repeatedly asked when they will be out to touch up paint on the walls, every wall in every room, has spots where the original touch up they did is the wrong shade of paint, also to clean up overspray on the top of our refrigerator, and a financial compensation for someone else to come out and fix our grout plus compensation for cosmetic damage to our refrigerator. This experience with this company has been horrible and I would not wish them on my worst enemy.

Oct 07, 2023 · Katie LyonWe got their info from our insurance company and they came out and did an inspection multiple days. Last thing we heard was they were sending the estimate over to insurance and that was two weeks ago. I, my father and the insurance company have tried contacting them numerous times to no avail. They just ghosted us while we have an active leaking roof. Since they didn’t contact us back and it’s been like this for weeks, we even have more damage. I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and lack of professionalism. Do not trust them!
