My experience was phenomenal. I had an emergency situation. Within 35 minutes, someone was here to assist. They were able to solve part of my issue within a couple of hours. The next day they returned to replace old cast iron pipes. They arrive around 9am and the job was completed around 1:30 pm. Tyler Hoff, the Service Mgr., was extremely nice and professional. He explained everything and shared video of the work that was needed and after it was completed. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. 👌🏽 😊

When sending out a technician for a minimum of $100.00 service fee for a tub that will not drain. The price to “attempt” to snake a drain is $492.40 is beyond ridiculous. I understand specialized services and having to pay labor. But I will rip out the tub before I pay that price. Really think about the prices and be upfront with cost.
