I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my mother and I had with your company during our condominium transition. Initially, we believed we were in good hands, especially since the service came recommended. Unfortunately, that confidence has been completely eroded.Here are the major issues we encountered:• Many of my mother’s belongings were packed while still dirty, and over half of the items were delivered stained or in poor condition.• Boxes arrived unlabeled, causing unnecessary confusion and stress.• Your team declared the job “done” without unpacking or assisting my mother with putting anything away, despite her age and need for support.• Customer service has been abysmal. I personally left a voicemail for the owner, Gina, at the number given to me by the property manager—yet no call back was received.• My mother did not have access to her phone or an answering machine at the time, but we provided an alternate cell number, which was never used.• The property manager also has my name and contact information, and I was expecting to be contacted directly. No one has followed up with me.This is unacceptable—especially given the amount of money we paid. The service we received is far below what was promised or expected. I am extremely upset, and I hope that someone from your company will take this seriously and take immediate steps to make it right for both my mother and me.Those Home Depot boxes they left, Mom was told they would grab those !!

I am writing to express how deeply upset I am with the service I received during my recent condominium move. I had placed my trust in your company, especially since it came recommended—but the experience has been incredibly disappointing and upsetting.Here are just some of the major issues I encountered:• Many of my belongings were packed while still dirty, and over half arrived stained or in poor condition. mold on pillows, mold on couch now we have to pay to reupholster the couch• Boxes were completely unlabeled, making unpacking confusing and stressful.• The movers told me they were “finished” and left—without offering any help to unpack or assist me in putting things away. I am an older woman and clearly needed support.• I was left without a proper way to reach anyone. I didn’t have a working phone or answering machine at the time. We had provided an alternate cell number, yet no one used it to contact me.• My son also left a voicemail for the owner, Gina, using the number the property manager gave him, and no one ever responded.What has made this situation even worse is receiving a voicemail and email demanding payment for a supposed “past due balance” related to laundry. That is completely unacceptable.We received dirty clothes (some not even ours), dirty mirrors, missing and damaged as well as broken items—and no accountability whatsoever. I feel taken advantage of. This is not the level of service I was promised or paid for.I am extremely disappointed and expect a manager or owner to reach out and take immediate steps to correct this situation and make it right.

Herring Cleaning & Restoration were a God send to us after Hurricane Helene. They came in and cleaned, packed what belongings and furniture survived, stored it and then moved it back. All the staff were very professional and friendly on every visit. They have it going on and really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them! I do hope I never need them again lol but in the event I do I will definitely use them again!!!
