★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I hired them in 2022 with promises of completely dry basement. Over the last three years they have been back out at least 4-5 times to "re-shoot" the perimeter. We paid almost $13,000 and as of this writing it is almost no better than when they started. We are pursuing another solution. I did call my contact (who has always been responsive and pleasant) and asked them to consider a rebate. "We don't do that", was the response. Very disappointed in the results, or lack of them, that we received. We have since hired an attorney who sent them a request for refund, no response. We have contacted the BBB, HBA and GR Chamber. We will continue to pursue. Also, they list the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, according to the GRC they are not members and haven't been since 2016! Contacted the BBB and they refused to respond to them as well. Funny, below they responded to a client no no justification on our cause. On to court.
Sep 23, 2025 · M DaltonAbsolutely horrible! Do not use this company They will take advantage of you. You will pay for a dry basement but you will not have a dry basement. My mom has been dealing with them since 2020. First system they put in failed so they came out to do a new system. That one has failed too. Now when you call they tell you that a professional is supposed to clean your sub pump every year and if that doesn't happen then it may fail ( with an attitude in her voice). I Told her we had it cleaned by a professional and the walls were still leaking everywhere and she told me we didn't own the company in 2020 when it was originally done sorry we can't help you. If you buy a company you have some type of obligation to the customers that have used that company and still under warranty.. Take advantage of the elder.Update: owner finally called to say he was going to send somebody over to check out my problem. Wow what another horrible experience. He wanted to argue with me about the system not being clean properly and that's why it's not working even though it never worked properly since they installed it. 🤦🏼♀️.. run run far away
Jul 25, 2025 · Violet DennisSave your money and energy and go somewhere else. This company is extremely unprofessional. Once you signed the contract and they do the initial servicing that is supposed to have a warranty, they will then block your number, so that if you have any ongoing issues you will not be able to reach them. $2800.00 and more wasted. Basement continues to get water every time it rains floors and walls damaged badly. So much for a warranty
May 22, 2025 · Michelle HowardLast year, our industrial facility had a series of leaks though the walls our basement, where we stocked critical inventory.Bob Reminga from Great Lakes Waterproofing Solutions met with our Facilities Manger and came up with an economical non destructive way to waterproof the area. No digging, fast, complete cleanup,!
Mar 27, 2025 · Lorrie AaronWe have had an excellent experience with Great Lakes waterproofing. From the first call to explain our situation through the installation of the waterproofing material inside our house and out , the team was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. The clean up in the basement was outstanding. We have used this company before with great results And I am fully confident that the repair they did to the crack in our foundation will be every bit as great.
