Firehouse Restoration, Inc. is the go-to company. I cannot say enough to tell you how much I appreciated the professionalism, the compassion, and the communication of Paul's company. Paul and Andrew and their crew are absolute one of the best I have worked with. When my home was struck with lighting, Paul was called and he was at my resident within an hour. He helped me with the initial call with the insurance company, was there when the first and second adjuster arrived and insured my home was secured. He provided a video of my home which proofed to be one of the best items as we used it several times to provide documentation to our insurance company. He insured we received quality products and was instrumental in resolving an issue we had with some flooring which we had purchased. (Turns out it was a manufacturing error). Paul was totally available when we had questions and walked us through inspection of work completed at various stages. In addition to completed the insurance related work, Paul also completed custom work we asked for and the quality was more than we expected. As I stated in the beginning of this review, Firehouse Restoration is your GO-TO company. I highly recommend them!

Paul and his team are absolutely horrible! We were displaced for 4 months after dealing with a house fire. They prey on families in their time of need and half do jobs. Our house set for weeks before they started the restoration process and significantly missed the deadline agreed upon causing us to run out of assisted living funds and move back into an unfinished home. They include items within their estimates/invoices that they never completed or that was never within our home. It took them three times to do the floors and paint the walls. In places that had wallpaper or decals they did not fully remove they left it and painted over it. They ripped up the carpet in our closets and never replaced. They removed the popcorn ceilings to do knockout ceilings after already painting the first time and left globs of plaster behind. Instead of either removing the plaster before it dried or properly sanding down the walls to a smoother surface after drying they left it and painted over it. The original floor guy was horrible! His work was that of a 5 year old incorrectly doing a puzzle. The lines were significantly croaked and the mortar came through the supposed to be invisible grout lines. They left trash and debris in our backyard, front yard and garage and today 1/5/23 it’s still there. They broke and damaged multiple items in our personal belongings due to poor handling and did not replace or pay to replace. Due to their poor project management and time management skills, our kitchen installation by our other selected contractor was delayed because we had no floors. The experience with Paul and his team at Firehouse Restoration was absolutely HORRIBLE! We would not recommend them to anyone, including our worst enemy! If we could give ZERO stars we would because the work they do is absolutely PATHETIC! And, Paul the owner claims to have been in business for 30+ years, but his customer service is pathetic. We have 55 pictures/videos shared with our insurance company showing his teams poor quality work! If they show up in your time of need DISMISS them and run far, far away!!

Called these guys on a Monday at 9am and they were here within the hour. Not only did they handle the adjuster, but they made sure I got every dime I needed to get the work done. You can shop, but these are the guys for the job!
