Alex and Luke were the awesome team that came in and started the process of getting our home back to a safe space. We had water damage to our first floor and basement this last Monday. They were just awesome guys. Very thorough in their explanation of what was about to happen to fix the problem areas. Respectful of my family and our home, super friendly and supportive, very clean, and really just did a great job! I couldn’t ask for a better duo. It’s such a headache of a situation to even have to go through but if I ever had to again I know Excel Restoration would be the only ones I’d pick!

What do you do when you wake up early, come downstairs and find water flowing on your first floor? Turn off the water source, then I called my plumbers at Glenbrook Plumbing, who in turn sent Excel Fire and Water Damage Restoration to help me. Thank goodness! Noah came to my house quickly, did all the assessments, then brought in his team of Frankie and Gustavo to begin the cleanup. It was alot for me to absorb (no pun intended) but I'm so grateful to have had this team helping me. I most definitely endorse Noah and his team at Excel Tire and Water Damage Restoration.

CHOOSE EXCEL!!!!I recently had a soft blockage in my pipes, this caused my first ever home owner catastrophy of a LOT of raw sewage to come up all over my basement and belongings. They were recommended to me from the original plumber I had called.Kevin the estimator from Excel came out the same day and was amazing! He was extremely thorough and even helped me file my first ever insurance claim! He was also very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. A great first impression for the company.The next day the biohazard clean up crew team from Excel came to my house. Kevin said they would arrive anywhere from 8am-10am. The team arrived @7:55am and left @3:45pm which is awesome! Hazard suitted up and got to work.Francisco (Frankie), Mirtin, and Gustafo are all some hard working employees!!! Im telling you they worked their butts off all day and have great ethics. They were all friendly and communicated well with me when I asked questions. I was even able to leave to go to work for a bit while they worked. Near the end Francisco showed me the basement and I was in shock at how well of a job they did. I was not going within 10 feet of my own basement door due to it all prior.Unsure what they are all being paid, but it needs to be more haha! I cannot express how truly thankful and greatful i am to have had Excel and their amazing team come save my basement. Highly recommend!!

When the ceiling in my kitchen collapsed from all the water pouring in from the upstairs unit, I was completely overwhelmed. I didn’t even know where to start, it felt like my whole home had been turned upside down in an instant.That’s when Excel came in, and I can honestly say Noah (the project manager) and his crew, Frankie and Gustavo, were a lifesaver during one of the hardest moments I’ve had as a homeowner.Noah was calm, patient, and reassuring when everything felt chaotic. He walked me through what needed to be done, explained how the insurance process would work, and most importantly, he made me feel like I wasn’t going through this alone. That meant the world to me when I was staring at a collapsed ceiling and a huge mess.Frankie and Gustavo were absolutely amazing. They worked so hard, nonstop, making sure everything was cleaned up and safe. Beyond just the hard work, they showed so much respect for my home and care for the situation. We had water damage in our laundry room, and was recommended to us by our plumber. I definitely see why! They came about 90 minutes after I first called (I expected to have to wait a few days) and outlined the project for us in a clear and sensible manner. Nate explained all of the work that needed to be done in a way that was thorough, but also in a way that neither my wife nor I felt talked down to.Two days later, Alex and his team showed up early (but not too early) in the morning, and got to work right away. His whole team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. They worked diligently throughout the day, and knocked out the removal job in one day. They're allowing a few days for things to dry, then will come back and start the reconstruction.I'll be calling Excel for any future projects, and can definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for talented, friendly professionals.
