We highly recommend DMR waterproofing! There is a reason he has so many 5-star reviews… it’s because he and his team are true professionals who are excellent at what they do. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we first chatted with him. He communicated with us regularly and gladly answered all of our questions. He was extremely kind and professional and went above and beyond. We were getting water in our basement prior to selecting DMR, and Dan suggested doing a French drain for the entire perimeter of the basement and in our crawl space. It’s been a few weeks since the job was completed, but we have not seen any water- despite a lot of rain- and we are beyond thrilled. Here’s one of the examples where Dan went above and beyond: we had a kitchen renovation project where the previous contractor buried one of our pipes going from a trench in front of the garage to the back yard. This was causing our garage trench to flood. Dan and his team helped us find the pipe in the back yard, dig it up, and set it up good as new at no additional cost, causing our garage trench to operate properly and no longer flood. He truly cared about us and doing the best work possible. He said the project would take 5 days and it did. He and his team showed up on time each day and put in a full day’s work. I cannot recommend Dan and DMR waterproofing enough. He was the best contractor we’ve ever worked with and if you need a waterproofer then you should hire him.

I am so impressed with Dan from DMR Waterproofing. He came to my home to inspect the crawlspace for moisture. Before coming to our home, he communicated his arrival time and stuck to it. Due to some ductwork, a full inspection wasn't possible, but Dan did a thorough check of what he could see. He didn't find any major issues and, most importantly, didn't try to sell me anything! (Insanely refreshing.) He was incredibly honest and instead offered valuable, free advice on how to handle the small amount of moisture we might be experiencing. He wouldn't even accept payment for his time. If you want an honest, knowledgeable professional, Dan is the one to call.

We moved into a new house and on the first night it rained pretty heavily. We had a huge puddle accumulate and sit next to the house and water pouring in the basement through a crack in the wall. We had sump pumps that worked but they were old.We had Dan come out to take a look and before he did any work or gave us any estimates, he recommended we contact landscapers to install drainage to deal with the puddle first because that was the most pressing issue.After having drainage installed we had Dan come back, fill the crack, install a french drain on that side of the house, replace the sump pump and run a new drain pipe for the pump out to a small pop up pit in the back yard. His team was super quick, they were done in one day.About a week later we had more heavy rain. Dan called me the next day to follow up and see how everything was working and give me some recommendations on back up power for the pump in the event that we lose power during a storm.I really appreciated the way Dan handled the entire interaction. It was clear that what he was most interested in was helping us resolve our issues whether that meant him getting a job or not. Moving into a new house that immediately had water issues was a stressful experience for our family and I'm glad we hired Dan at DMR waterproofing to help us out. I can't recommended DMR more if you have water in your basement.

Dan came to give me a quote for a French drain in my basement, (approximately 30x30) he did an amazing job of explaining how the process works and the extra steps they take to make sure the job is done correctly. He also ran our down spouts underground and away from the house to the back yard. The team worked extremely fast and did a great job of a final clean up when they were done. He also made sure to do a walk through a day after the job was completed. I’m extremely happy with everything. Highly recommend!
