Atlanta Water Fire Damage Introduce
In the Georgia housing market, a home is often a family's most significant investment. Whether it's a planned project like a kitchen renovation or an unexpected crisis such as a flood or fire, finding a general contractor who is not only skilled but also reliable and transparent is crucial. Atlanta Water Fire Damage, operating out of Marietta, has positioned itself as a go-to resource for a wide spectrum of home improvement needs. This company's dual focus on both emergency restoration and planned renovations makes them a unique and valuable partner for homeowners across the Atlanta metro area. They are more than just a repair service; they are a team dedicated to restoring a home's beauty and function, and in many cases, helping clients rebuild their lives after a disaster.
The firm, also known as Atlanta Kitchen Renovation for their remodeling projects, is well-regarded for its commitment to project timelines and team coordination. As one satisfied customer mentioned, they were "very professional, punctual and very passionate into the work they commit for," and completed a complex kitchen renovation within a strict 12-day schedule. This focus on efficiency and communication, led by professionals like Charlie and his team, is a key selling point for homeowners who have heard "stories from friends; with other vendors stretching renovation work for months." By bringing together a diverse group of skilled tradespeople—including painters, plumbers, and electricians—they are able to manage projects from start to finish, providing a streamlined experience that is highly valued by their clients.
However, it is important for potential customers to be aware of the full range of feedback available. While some clients have had positive experiences with timely and professional renovations, others have reported significant issues with communication, project management, and the quality of work. One review highlights a distressing experience with a complex third-party insurance claim, where the client felt pressured and misled, leading to mistakes and a poorly executed project. This contrasting feedback underscores the importance of clear, written contracts, consistent communication, and a careful, deliberate approach to any restoration or renovation project. It is crucial for homeowners to vet any contractor thoroughly and to maintain an active role in managing their project, especially when dealing with insurance claims.
Atlanta Water Fire Damage is conveniently located at 2242 NW Pkwy SE suite c, Marietta, GA 30067, USA. Its accessibility to major thoroughfares allows for prompt response times, which is particularly vital for their core business of water and fire damage restoration. When a disaster occurs, every minute counts, and a local presence enables them to quickly dispatch a team to assess the damage and begin the mitigation process. This strategic location ensures that they are a readily available resource for residents in Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, and beyond.
The accessibility of their office is a practical benefit for clients, who can visit the site to discuss project details, review plans, and handle paperwork. This physical location helps to build a sense of trust and permanence, which is important for any general contractor, especially one that handles both high-stakes emergency work and long-term renovation projects. For homeowners in the Atlanta area, having a contractor who is physically present in the community rather than just a faceless phone number provides a significant level of comfort and confidence.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were planning to redo our 25 year old kitchen and rounded up on Atlanta Kitchen Renovation(Atlanta Water Fire Damage) . We are very happy we chose them. Charlie and his team is very professional, punctual and very passionate into the work they commit for. Charlie came up with a schedule for 12 working days and stuck to their schedule finishing it on time. He has a good team of painter(Roger), plumbers, electrician(Hoberto), kitchen cabinets company (kitchen Cabinets LLC). Overall a great team and very good to work with. I would highly recommend Atlanta Water Fire Damage and Atlanta Kitchen Renovation to take care of your work.I have heard of stories from friends; with other vendors stretching renovation work for months. This team commits to the timelines and ensures home owner is satisfied. These guys are simply amazing and Charlie is a good team leader !!
Jul 14, 2024 · Mahesh SivanHad a terrible experience with Charlie. I had a neighbors hvac leak back in October 2023 that caused severe water and mold damage to my unit. As a third party claim I was trying to get a build back estimate and they were promising me the moon and back. I should have known it was too good to be true. The mitigation was great however when it came to getting them to write an estimate for build back it took over 4 months. Leo and Charlie were telling me they could get budget to replace my cabinets countertops and flooring without having to come out of pocket. When I asked for them to hold off on any build back plans to confirm the budget with the insurance agent and get everything approved they started tearing down my cabinets without my permission which was frustrating because I now felt like I was stuck with them no matter what because my upper cabinets went missing. I tried to explain that I wanted all the communication upfront to avoid these mistakes and double check everything because of their carelessness and they kept leaving me in the dark making more mistakes. After I received funds from insurance in March and did a walk through of the incomplete project my husband and I noticed that every job was done poorly. The drywall had a ton of texture, the outlets were cut out poorly, the old countertop and sink in the bathroom were not suppose to be installed until we approved the order for replacement, the flood cuts and access panels weren’t installed, and the island wasn’t anchored or had the proper electrical outlets installed. We were told that everything was noted and would be corrected in 2 weeks. We paid the mitigation and half of the build back then 2 months go by with the same story of our countertops will arrive Tuesday and installed Friday. After hearing this story 3 times I decided to go take a look at the condo and saw the wrong order was made for the countertops and it was not even leveled. After speaking with Charlie on what we saw he began defending the poor work and we decided that it was best we hire Home Depot to finish the job. Charlie agreed that it was best we move forward with Home Depot finishing the job and would deduct our cost from the budget however is now demanding we pay him the full estimate prior to completion of the project and for work he never completed. I have asked him multiple times to send me a revised estimate of the work done and he has failed to do so. Instead he has had his legal department threaten to take action. This man is a fraud and a liar. I wish I never did business with him.
Aug 15, 2024 · Amanda KateMan where to begin. Picture coming home after a week and a half overseas to a completely flooded house. 3 levels all destroyed. Everything soaked and you and your family have been awake for 21hrs. Nightmare. Never fear! Charlie and his incredible staff of insanely hard workers will be there to take excellent care of you. You are not just a number with them. We felt like family. Complete trust in every single employee there. They worked great with our insurance company. They take as much of the pain away as they can. They truly go above and beyond!!
Jul 20, 2023 · Justin SimmsSo we got hit by Hurricane Helene and had some minor roof damage and a leak in our guest bedroom. Charlie and his crew were recommended by my brother and Charlie said they were willing to drive across the state to our small town. The next day he had his guys Leo and Alex come all the way out here. They gave us an overview of the work that we needed and walked us through it all. It was surprisingly less work than we thought it would be. They secured our roof temporarily until we can work out a time for them to come back and get the final numbers from Charlie. Great experience so far, very knowledgeable, and definitely put some of our fears to rest. We will update this review once the work is completed. To the others affected by Helene that may be reading this, be safe and careful out there. Especially with all the contractors knocking on doors. Give Charlie a call, they've been a class act so far.
Oct 02, 2024 · Philip HughesThis company is highly recommendable. They are very efficient and they do their services in a very professional manner. Also you don’t have to wait for long appointment to avail of their services. I had a flood problem in my condo due to the recent hurricane Helene. I called them to have them take care of this flood issue. They were so fast in responding and did what I wanted them to do to take care of my problem. I am very pleased that they took care of my issue in a timely manner, no long wait. I just want to thank everyone that did an excellent job helping me solve my flood problem.
