Our home was flooded. They arrived promptly after the plumber finished the emergency repair. They setup their equipment and taped off the affected area. Jay, in particular was stellar in terms of communicating with us and describing the process. He also ensured the affected area was safe and secured so that our children wouldn’t be put in harms way. His crew was efficient in removing the affected water damaged areas, and kept the area clean from debris. We are very satisfied with the Disaster MD Team and strongly recommend their services!

Julia and Tyler are the ultimate professionals. In addition, they are friendly, compassionate and go above and beyond. They are invested in making sure they do a GREAT job, that the customer is clear on the process and is comfortable with each step of the process and happy with the results. While the customer may be upside down with damage in their home and unsure of what the next step is, Disaster MD is the BEST company you could go with and they have a way of putting you at ease. Julia and Tyler were wonderful and their crew were fabulous. Timely, cost effective, little upset in the home while they were working and was left clean when they were done. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Don’t go To them for any work you’re better off doing it on your own!!! Very rude and unprofessional, Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, if You should even call it that. Very messy never gets the job done Correctly and Will use all your power for there equipment so make sure you’re ready for a huge electricity bill. They blew my breaker at least 15 times before they left it for me to deal with for For3 days

I had a water back up in my basement from my sump pump due to a storm and power outage! I called Serv Pro, but Disaster MD showed up I guess was subcontracted out from Serv Pro 😡 They wanted deductible upfront which I did not do, my insurance settled with me so I asked for a quote for work being done before they started! Two guys started work before I was given quote, said price would have been $13,000.00 if gone through insurance, but since I was paying cash out it would be $10,000.00!! I refused to pay that amount, they came down to $5,000.00, I agreed which was a mistake, they prey on people going through hard times knowing people are frustrated and in an emergency situation!!!! They changed their arrival time four times the day they were to come to clean, didn’t finish the job, left a section for me to clean!!!! Didn’t show the next day to check on equipment! I called and complained a crew came out to finish up and exchange a dehumidifier that was dumping water back on the basement floor!! That crew was two hours late! The day they came to pick up all equipment they were two hours late!!! NEVER, NEVER CONSIDER OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!! And this was just some of the highlights!

Shady company. My basement flooded and I was referred to this company. They upfront sound very kind and caring. But it’s a scam. As me being a first timer in this situation, they took advantage. I called to find out about restoration they told me they needed my insurance info before they could give me a quote. My first mistake and red flag. Once they found out my cap. They told me they could do the work for that amount since that was all my insurance would give me but normally the job they would do in my basement would cost double. Second red flag and when I backed out. They are just looking to take all your insurance money and probably charge you the full amount in the end. Gotten several quotes since and they are all way under what my insurance is giving me for the flood. Don’t trust this company. If you ask them about this review they will probably tell you I didn’t have insurance. I definitely do! That’s what they told me about a review I asked about! Don’t give this company any of your insurance information at all, I did and that was my bad. Glad I was able to back out and not follow through with using this company. They are a rip off and bad business for sure.
