★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After losing water from my well, I decided to attempt a DIY and replace all of the inside components to my well system (tank, copper, switch, etc.) as it was 20 years old. Unfortunately, this did not restore my water and prompted a call to Dave for diagnostic testing. Dave scheduled a visit and quickly confirmed that my submersible pump had gone bad and needed to be replaced. While at my residence, Dave informed me that he had a pump on hand and could have it replaced the very same day in short order. Although I was unhappy with the unexpected cost at replacing the pump, I was more than pleased with Dave’s exceptional customer service. Dave took the time to go over what was being performed, and even saved me money by utilizing the existing wiring (which was still functional). Dave’s work and professionalism are second to none. In a post-COVID era of abysmal customer service in every industry, Dave’s punctuality and craftsmanship is a breath of fresh air and a reminder of how contractors should perform their craft. Thank you for your exemplary work.
May 07, 2024 · Justin MDave is very skilled and experienced at what he does. He is also quick to respond to requests for service and emergencies. He has great customer service skills as well. He replaced my water pump and well tank along with all the proper fittings, etc. I watched him the whole time and he is very meticulous and thorough in his work. He does not take shortcuts and even took the time to thoroughly explain to me what he was doing. Amazing experience!!
Sep 04, 2020 · WoodsyA year ago, we asked Dave to install an anion exchange softener to solve a high sulfate content in our well water. We did this after getting quotes from every major provider in the area, whose responses ranged from "we don't do that" or "that's not possible" to offers twice as expensive as Dave's. We decided to trust them despite the relative lack of reviews here and elsewhere, and couldn't be happier. They came over and worked hard to nicely accommodate the new system in addition to the cation exchange tank we already had in place, tested the water, provided great advice and explanations about how the system works and how to use the valve, and even tossed in good advice about best upkeep practices for the rest of our water system, which has already saved me quite a bit of pain and money. A year on and the softener works as smoothly as day one. We haven't had any need of servicing since Dave's visit, but it's certain we'll be asking Dave to come in should we need it in the future. We particularly appreciate their professional and straightforward attitude to us clients, and are definitely not complaining about the fact that they seem to have the most affordable prices around.
Oct 18, 2018 · eladio marquezHalf the price of what other companies quoted! He was very honest and was directly involved in all quoting and labor. He came over to look at our situation on a Saturday and completed all the work that following Wednesday. He installed an iron/manganese filter, a PH modifier thing, and a tank upgrade for half the price of the other guys. It made me feel good to support a local family man and not some big company where you don't even speak to the owner. Our water is now clear, drinkable, and adequately pressurized for a very fair price. Thank you Dave!
