★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When I purchased my home, it was suggested to have the crawlspace taken care of. I put it on my list of things to do. We all know how that goes. By the time I was able to get to it, my crawlspace was absolutely terrifying. I reached out to crawlspace medics and they sent someone out right away to assess the situation. They actually went into the crawlspace which I was absolutely surprised about and created a plan for my crawlspace. Because the work needed was vast and costly, they got me the absolute necessities done first and then created a phase plan for the remainder of the work needed due to my budget. Which was greatly appreciated. Never in a million years would i have considered going in my crawlspace, however it's so nice down there now. They also replaced the entry door which has basicallyrotted out. Id also like to mention that the team that performed the work were beyond pleasant. They did the job quickly but above most they seemed to enjoy the job. I could hear them talking, singing and laughing while they were working. That was really nice especially knowing it was so cold out as the got my project completed right before the holiday and ahead of schedule . If you want good quality work done, this is the company I'd recommend.
Dec 07, 2024 · brandi newsomeTony J. came out to inspect my crawl space and was extremely thorough, professional, and informative. There was no high-pressure sales pitch—he simply educated me on the situation, provided clear recommendations, and gave me time to consider my options.Once I decided to move forward, Tony promptly got me scheduled and was responsive to all of my questions leading up to the work. The crew that completed the job was also highly professional and efficient—they finished everything in just two days. Before leaving, they walked me through the completed work, and Tony followed up with a detailed summary and final photos.Their pricing is very fair and competitive. I would absolutely recommend Crawl Space Medics to anyone looking for quality work and honest service.
Jun 11, 2025 · mike rThis company was wonderful, very nice, explained everything they did, followed up with pictures and videos of the crawl space. Answered all my questions without hesitation. I would call them again in an instant if something else comes up that I need repaired.
Sep 02, 2025 · Gina HoferMy house is almost 100 years old and we had an are that was sagging. We called around to several different places before landing on the crawlspace medic. Tony came out and was the only one to crawl under our house! He found the source of the problem and gave us a reasonable price to fix. The guys that showed up were courteous and knowledgable. They didn't fluff around and got straight to work! They did an amazing job and left zero mess behind! Thank you crawlspace medic- you saved our house!
Nov 13, 2024 · Mickey MilesTerrible service. We agreed on a bid that said install and stake down a vapor barrier; remove and replace rotted sill plate, joists, rim band; install insulation between floor joists. They started work in March of 2024. They called it finished after installing insulation in about 2/3 of the joists, installed and falling down. No rotten wood was removed; some blocking was poorly put in with spray foam; vapor barrier was not staked down. They were going to come fix the vapor barrier and insulation. Eventually they said “I’m going to wipe the invoice and call it even. I don’t think there’s anything else we can do to fix this issue.” Seems like installing a vapor barrier correctly, according to their own bid, and putting insulation batts in so they cover open joists and don’t fall down are simple “issues.”
