This company came 8 years ago and performed remediation and bold removal of the crawl space of this house. I have asked two different times this year for them to come back and inspect that space and they have not responded as they said they would.

I strongly suggest that you contact A+ Restoration Services before spending tens of thousands of dollars on restoration with another company. There was leak in our upstairs bathroom that damaged a corner of the kitchen. The plumbing company recommended their partner business for restoration. Their estimator came up with a grand demolition and restoration plan for 15K+, with the disclaimer that it could be substantially more depending on what they find after demolition. I saw good reviews for Jeff and A+ in Google and contacted them. Jeff stopped by the next day, completed the demolition the day after and completed restoration within few weeks. The quality of work was excellent, and cost was very reasonable. More importantly, Jeff didn't do any unnecessary work that would have added to the cost.

We had a toilet clogged and when the plumber used a snake to clear the pipes some water overflowed and went into the basement and leaked through a can light. We only collected about a half gallon of water or less. Jeff came out the next morning and upon review, said we were all clear and that we didn't need to do anything except clean the carpet. It was so refreshing not to get a sales pitch and for him not to use 'scare tactics' which we've experienced with water issues in the past.Based on this experience I would highly recommend Jeff and A+ Restoration.

We are in the process of trying to buy a fixer upper in IN and we contacted this company. They were not close enough to help but he let me send pictures and discuss the property to give and ideal. This was so kind because we are out of our element and just to have some advice was so helpful. He was very fast to respond immediately and very clear in answering my questions. It is hard to find companies that seem like they actually care about their customers or even potential customers.
