Richard, Carlos and Lucas showed up and took care of all the tedious work that needed to be done. They monitored progress daily until the job was completed. 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire did a fantastic job after my 9th floor condo flooded due to a lower neighbors sink backup. After calling three other companies who were non responsive I called 911 Restoration and they had someone out there within hours. Carlos was the original inspector who made me feel comfortable with the process and made us feel like it was going to be alright as this was a very stressful situation. Within a day they sent out two technicians, Richard Prado and Josh Gomez, who ripped out floors, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, and wet drywall. They did it all in two days and left the place clean as can be considering what we were left with. I highly recommend 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire to everyone!

After discovering a faucet left on, and an inch of standing water in an upstairs bed and bath, I started calling water damage companies at 1am.The first two companies, I left messages. (Neither one ever responded)My third call was to 911 Restoration. Not only did they answer my panicked call, Carlos arrived within the 30 minute time he estimated.He quickly got started getting the water up and set up humidifiers and blowers in the affected rooms upstairs, and in the damaged garage underneath.911 Restoration was there the next day with an appraiser, and started the demolition work the day after, and were done in two days.They left the equipment running 2 additional days to ensure everything was dry.I should also note that not only did Carlos take pictures of all the damage, he also sent the photos to my insurance company, and handled the details with the adjuster, so I had no worries on that end.I highly recommend the crew of 911 Restoration.They were fast, courteous, empathetic, and explained everything so I understood exactly what was going on.Thank you 911!
