Worked with the company this past summer. Crew was brought in from NJ due to the massive amount of damage in our area. Crew members took time to look through my belongings, even going as far as poorly hiding items from my sight in order to take them home. Spoke in spanish the entire time (I am fluent) about where to look for items for them to take; diving the items amongst themselves. As other reviews mention, look over the work, areas needing attention were left. I need to physically point out additional mold and damage. Had they done their job, instead of picking through my families belongings perhaps they could've spotted the damage.

We recently bought a house and was blessed with a flood! Ugh! Can you imagine!!! What the hell do i do first? Thank G-d i found water damage restoration, Gerrie picked up and calmed me down right away, said i was in great hands! He came down right away with 5 of his guys, all so very nice and warm..they basically got rid of my flood and restored everything like new! As if i never even had a flood! Company does not take pride in their work and they do not meet deadline expectations. A 7-10 day job took over 3 months to complete. Also make sure you triple check all work, they do not pay attention to details. I also was misquoted 2 times and was asked to pay more. The electrical was not done properly and went out less than a week after they completed the job, this is all aside from the quick and sloppy paint job they did. I already had 2 of my neighbors ask me about their service because they had similar damage in their units but I will never recommend this business to anyone. I regret choosing this company, I actually got a referral to try Advanced Cleaning and Restoration but I chose this company due to the ratings. I wanted to ensure I posted this so others don't make the same mistake. Hope this helps.
