The process with them was very easy. I sent photos of the mold in my home and they quickly responded with an estimate and answered all my questions. It was easy to communicate and schedule time with them.During the repair, they were very professional and patiently explained to me what was the possible source of the mold, identifying the plumbing issue that was the likely source of it. He helped coordinate a plumber who fixed it the same day. They removed the drywall, treated the mold, and then repaired it all in the same day.I was very satisfied with their service and honesty. The big boy plumbers wanted to do 4x the amount of work which wasnt necessary.I would not hesitate to contact water restoration pros for any future work and highly recommend them to others!
