I hardly ever take the time to give reviews, but after having Kim and Gary do the mold remediation for my house, I felt I had to share my experience. To start off, I interviewed at least 5 contractors. All of them were highly rated on Google. The one that stood out by far was Tri-County. They went through the independent air quality report and took the time to explain everything in it to me. Which no one else did! During their assessment, they stuck their heads everywhere, pulled out major appliances, and even climbed into the attic. They followed the mold removal protocol, but recommended cost effective was to save money. Regarding price, they were absolutely the best. A couple of contractors did not even bother to come out in person but gave estimates over $10,000 from what they read in the report. Gary came out and showed me all the areas that had to be ripped out, but also all the areas that could be saved from just deep clean thoroughly. By doing this they managed to get the job done for under $4,000. By far Tri-County is the best contractor I have ever met regarding any type of work. Everyone that you will meet on their staff and any person that they recommend is going to be incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are top notch people that will go out of their way for you time after time after time. I have renovated many properties throughout the years, but Tri-County is the only contractor I've used where I actually enjoyed the experience. They simply go out of their way to make life easier for you.

I contacted Gary about a water issue in our wall and he was there within a few hours. Before he arrived he shared a link with his business information. It surprisingly included his credentials, certification, & his insurance information. This was so rare to find. Most companies are not as forthcoming with their information. I appreciate the transparency and his honest approach to addressing the issue.

Tri-County All Restorations did an outstanding job from start to finish remediating a mold infestation in my father’s condo.
