Titan Restoration of Arizona Introduce
Introduction / Overview
When homeowners and commercial property managers in Arizona face the unexpected and disruptive challenges of property damage—be it from water, fire, or the often-unpredictable high winds and monsoon storms—the need for a reliable, comprehensive general contractor specializing in restoration becomes paramount. Titan Restoration of Arizona, based in Flagstaff, positions itself as one such resource, dedicated to navigating the complexities of damage assessment, emergency mitigation, and full-scale reconstruction. Serving the local Arizona community, this general contractor focuses its expertise on returning affected properties to their pre-loss condition, a critical service in a region where rapid response can significantly limit further structural and financial loss. The firm’s primary specialization lies in the highly technical field of building restoration, addressing everything from emergency cleanup to the final touches of a reconstruction project. For residents of Northern Arizona and the surrounding areas, understanding the scope of a restoration contractor's capabilities is the first step in effective property recovery.
Restoration contracting is a distinct discipline within general contracting. Unlike standard construction, restoration work requires an intimate knowledge of materials science, insurance claims processes, health and safety regulations—particularly concerning hazards like mold or asbestos—and the ability to work under immense time pressure. In the Arizona environment, where extreme weather conditions can lead to sudden floods or where fire danger is a persistent concern, the quick mobilization of a qualified restoration team is not just a convenience, but a necessity for minimizing long-term damage and cost. Titan Restoration of Arizona aims to be a singular point of contact for homeowners, handling the intricate process from initial damage assessment through to the final structural repairs.

Its physical office is strategically located to serve this critical area, which experiences unique weather patterns, including heavy snow and monsoon activity, that necessitate robust restoration services.

What is Worth Choosing
Choosing a contractor for restoration work in Arizona is a critical decision, often made under stressful circumstances. The factors that make a company like Titan Restoration of Arizona worth considering revolve around their core focus and the breadth of their stated capabilities, which are essential for navigating significant property loss.
First, the company’s extensive list of services, covering everything from asbestos and biohazard cleanup to complete reconstruction, is a significant advantage. This specialization means they are equipped to handle the interconnected issues that arise from a single loss event. For instance, a burst pipe can lead to water damage, mold growth, and eventually require reconstruction. A contractor capable of managing all three phases—mitigation, remediation, and rebuilding—can streamline the project and potentially speed up the return to normalcy. This holistic approach, encompassing critical and specialized services like mold remediation and asbestos abatement, is a key draw, particularly in Arizona where quick action against water-related issues is necessary to prevent secondary damage.
Secondly, the stated commitment to accessibility and an inclusive environment is a professional hallmark. Knowing that a business is committed to accommodating all clients, including providing wheelchair-accessible facilities, contributes to a positive, professional client experience during what is often an emotionally draining process. This attention to client-facing details speaks to a broader attempt at professional standards.
However, as with any major construction or restoration project, due diligence by the homeowner is paramount. The importance of clear, consistent communication throughout a project, especially regarding scope changes and billing, cannot be overstated. When selecting any contractor for insurance-related work, clients are strongly advised to take the following steps to ensure a satisfactory outcome:
- Request all contracts and scope-of-work documents in writing before any work begins, detailing exactly what is covered in the quoted price.
- Establish a clear communication protocol, including who the primary point of contact is for project updates and billing questions.
- Insist on reviewing and approving all invoices, especially those being submitted directly to an insurance carrier, to verify all charges are accurate and reflect the agreed-upon work.
- Regularly inspect the work in progress to ensure that all repairs and material replacements are being completed to the agreed-upon standard.
The decision to choose a general contractor must ultimately be based on a combination of the firm's technical capability—which Titan Restoration of Arizona demonstrates through its wide range of restoration specializations—and a clear, contractual understanding of the project's management, timeline, and cost structure. For Arizona residents facing the daunting task of property restoration, the comprehensive scope of services offered by a specialized contractor like Titan Restoration of Arizona makes them a strong starting point for consideration, provided that the client establishes a clear, documented, and proactive communication strategy from the outset of the project. This ensures that the technical proficiency aligns with a smooth and transparent client experience, which is the ultimate goal of any successful restoration effort.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1You know it’s bad when I have to get on here after work and write a review. Worst restoration company I’ve ever worked with by far. Would highly recommend if anyone works with this company to check all the work they do and check the billing. My experience was horrible. Without making this too long I’ll give the highlights. 1) They were very unorganized and getting the adjuster to call me back was a nightmare, there are many times I had genuine questions about the job that would be starting soon and was unable to get a call back.2) I also felt like I had been lied to or deceived, for example parts of the kitchen they said they would replace “like the backsplash” they completely left untouched or I was charged for 4 gallons of paint for the drywall repair which was 6 by 8 ft yet i painted the whole kitchen with 2 gallons. They said they were going to refurbish the cabinets that we’re gonna get replaced due to black mold exposure which were not refurbished at all and had many broken pieces and were still original cabinets. 3) they also were extremely shady about the billing. They never sent me the bill directly, but only straight to the insurance company which I was unable to review. I got a quote from another company for 4000 and then my homeowner insurance company recommended titan restoration instead so I went with titan instead, a few weeks later I finally got an approval from my homeowners insurance from Titan restoration for $12,000 for the same job. The bill had already been sent to the insurance company for approval and I had to ask the insurance company how much the amount was which the said was 12,000$,Which they approved, Then halfway through the job they said the 12,000 was only for the mold remediation (which was for a small corner of the kitchen) which is basically half the job and they had sent my homeowners insurance another bill for $8000 to put everything back together which would be $20,000 for the whole job. I ended up not approving the 8,000$ and canceling the job because no one in the company had told me ahead of time there would be a separate charge to put everything back together. In considering all the other issues I was having with them, especially communication. I figured it was the best course of action. Here’s a photo of the refurbished cabinets. Also, Maybe the owner doesn’t know what’s going on with his company and he is free to contact me at any time because if I was an owner, I wouldn’t want my company performing this poorly.PS. The actual workers did a great job just nobody else.
May 28, 2025 · JTThey were contracted by my landlord to fix a venting issue we were having. Unfortunately they left a huge mess that I had to clean. There were black marks on the floor, dirty hand prints on the walls and doors, and wall damage. Upon first initial visit the person that came to my home was very cocky and almost arguing with us about the problem. So, if you do decide to use Titan, beware that they are super unprofessional and may need supervision. Plus a 2 day job took 4. Pretty lame. I do not recommend.
Sep 03, 2025 · Ryan YazzieI had an amazing experience with Titan Restoration. Specifically Jerry Booth. Jerry was always available and answered my calls right away ready to answer any questions I threw at him. I experienced nothing short of top notch service and could not be more satisfied with Jerry Booth and the Titan Restoration team. Additionally, I experienced that Jeremy Falzarano was very communicative and helpful in this stressful time. Thank you very much!
Aug 08, 2025 · Anthony GonzalezTitian Restoration has been great to work with so far! Jerry Booth offered us a fast estimate and a creative solution for a storage issue we were having. Their account managers are extra attentive; by following up on jobs and just making periodic stop by's the office to see if there anything we need. They are great with working relationships and use the best restoration equipment. If we have a loss, we will be giving them a call asap!
Jun 03, 2025 · Forest Meadows ApartmentsWe had significant water damage and went with Titan for the repairs. Firstly I was impressed with how accessible Brian has been throughout the process. I think he must work 20 hours a day. He and Brandon have been fabulous. You could ask for better guys than this to salvage your water damaged home.
