Stanley Steemer came out this morning to clean the carpets on our upstairs floor. Ruben was so nice, professional, explained everything clearly and did a great job cleaning the carpets. It took about 30 to 46 mins for a living room, hallway and bedroom. I've used Stanley Steemer before for cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents, and I highly recommend you call them if you need help. I'll be calling again in the future for more cleaning!

This was the 2nd team sent after being unsatisfied with my 1st experience. These guys needed to be recognized Andrea and Jalen. I commend the excellent service today you both provided me with. You two need to train others on how to perform their jobs better, this would also save the company $ with having to dispatch teice. IjS. Again great work .

Following Stanley steamer cleaning out my vents, I was highly dissatisfied with the survey results. Despite my concerns, they only offered me a 10% discount on my next service. The job was poorly executed, with half of my vents completely obstructed and each vent only having one screw.Since I share a roommate, I do not enter his room. However, they inadvertently left a screw on the carpet, which is barely noticeable unless stepped on. Additionally, they left their cleaning brush behind. This resulted in a significant cost of approximately $500, and I will not use their services again.One of the rooms I rarely visit, and I am unsure how my drywall came apart, as my cat does not scratch the walls. Furthermore, after the service was completed, they neglected to clean up their mess, requiring me to vacuum and mop the floor. I believe they should have worn boot covers when entering the house. They also did not arrive within the specified time frame. 8 am- 4pm. Didn’t get here until almost 4:20 pm.In retrospect, I wish I had not signed up for this service, as I would have to redo the work if they were to rectify the issues. Their unprofessional conduct is unacceptable.

Super impressed with Rolando and Anthony out of the Chantilly location. I’ll be honest we almost cancelled because in years past that has not been the case. They came in, did the requested jobs quickly and efficiently and my house smells amazing. Appreciate their fast and exceptional service. I would 100% use them again and recommend you by name request this dynamic duo.Happy customer. Only wish I could request their services where were moving!

The technicians were very professional. The cleaning however was completely worthless. Didn’t make any difference. Got zero high traffic dirt out. A room and stairs took 15 minutes and they left. Don’t waste your money. Here are before and after pics. You decide which is which.
