I had what started off as a slow leak in my shower but I tried to fix it myself so I called Roto Rooter . They came over within 2 hours and did a preliminary diagnosis of the issue and replaced my valve and knob as a temporary fix. It is discovered to be a bigger issue but Patrick and his team are on it and will work with me until it is done. I appreciate the quick service, and the customer service they are providing. I feel confident things will be done quickly but efficiently. I recommend them .

These guys are fast and efficient. Called them on a Sat night and they made me appointment on Sunday morning. The tech, Marcus, arrived promptly at 10am and diagnosed the issue asap. I had a bad leak in my main water line with flooding in a couple of places outside. Gilbert arrived on the scene in a timely, polite and professional manner and immediately started to survey the damage. He devised a plan to rectify the issue and kept me informed throughout the day…this job took almost 8 hours to fix because of its location! I was also impressed with Gilbert’s solution because he engineered a fix that will minimize the leak from happening again because of previous sprinkler pipes resting on the line. Very happy with Gilbert’s work and would gladly recommend him as a professional plumber.
