I was expecting just a simple snake and clean but they uncovered and verified with camera the primary reason if clog which was a shifting foundation and plumbing lines mid aligned as a result. Thank you so much for clearing the drainage lines and providing a proposal for repairing the root cause.

My roto-rooter Kenneth was very professional & polite, walking me through the process. He did a great job unstoppable the line that leads to the toilet flowing properly. I hope I don't need to do it again but if so I would request him again.

The plumber that fixed the toilet was great, efficient and quick. The water restoration side has been awful. They took my money 100% up front and only put the fans in. No one sprayed or disinfected anything and then they signed my name for me when I wasn’t home and sent me the email that I had completed the job. I’ve tried to contact people with no response. Now, it’s over a week later and I still have the bubble in my ceiling drywall and moisture in my walls. I do not recommend working with this company.

Andres was amazing very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything, gave options and what was best route for plumbing issues. His attention to detail was impressive. Under my sink was so clean, did not have to do any clean up after. Highly recommend Andres. We will for sure request him again.
