We were very happy with the service that Restore Now provided. Chris was available, initially to patch the hole in our roof caused by a lightening strike. He was a godsent in offering advice, he contacted Servicepro to initiate clean up for all the water damage caused by the firemen. They brought in fans to help mitigate the damage being caused to our hardwood floors and ceilings. The entire process of restoration took about 6 months, through no fault of Restore Now. The insurance company was difficult to deal with and Chris was always supportive and helpful in moving things along. We are so grateful for all the help we received. They did an outstanding job with everything and we would highly recommend them.

First let me start by saying the reconstruction of one’s house after a devastating flood is extremely stressful. There are many teams involved and many things in motion at the same time. Ryan with Restore Now was able to be the calming presence and sounding board all thru the process and especially when challenges occurred. The quality of the work done by the team is excellent. The flexibility in scheduling different teams to fit our schedule was excellent and important to us. The respect given to our property and family again was excellent. We were able to make adjustments, work thru challenges, and come to agreements when there were differences. All reacted to quickly and handled professionally. As I stated, it’s a stressful process, especially when one is living in the house while the reconstruction is underway, but Ryan and Restore Now were able to make things go as smoothly as possible. We had some water damage in our summer home and really didn't know where to start. We hired our own adjuster and started to search for Contractors when we were referred to RestoreNow and I'm so thankful we made that inital call! Ronald took on what was initally a small project to an almost full home renovation! The communcation was outstanding, we always got timely responses to our questions and Ronald was extremely knowlegeable in so many areas that he provided us with ideas on how we could improve our space.
