This company is 100% a scam, looking to catch people unaware and charge them for services they don't need. We had some dampness in the garage that we hired them to take care of. The service guy came hours later than the window he provided and set up a couple dehumidifiers. We had asked for him to remediate a very minor mold issue under the sink upstairs (which we ended up handling ourselves with products from Amazon). After hours spent setting up the three dehumidifiers, he calls to say he didn't even look at the sink. I asked him to take care of it and complete the job we agreed to in the estimate. The guy then tapes off half our kitchen for demolition and sends an additional estimate for thousands of dollars. I called the number on the estimate under "Call for questions" with questions, and the person said, "I don't know anything about that, that's not my job." We chose to end services then. They didn't pick up their equipment until days after we asked them to be out of our house and sent multiple requests to come get it. The admin team was completely disorganized and difficult to get a hold of. I emailed with Ivy in July about our invoice which I paid in full and at the time sent a copy of the payment which was successfully processed. Fast forward to two months later and Ivy is telling me I never paid the invoice. I asked Ivy to check her records and she said she did, and did not have any record of communication or payment. I sent Ivy screenshots of my conversation with her that confirmed payment. Then Gloria calls me to follow up saying the same thing, and I had to send the same screenshots again to which she said she would "Look into it", and I never heard anything else. If a mistake was made that's fine, but say that and maybe apologize instead of doubling and tripling down on the mistake. Believe the reviews that all say the same thing. You hire these guys for one thing, they'll charge you for a million other things you didn't agree to - then harass you for a bill you already paid.Edit - Update:So now a guy named Dave calls me and says we haven't paid. I sent confirmation of the payment (which was already shared with Ivy and Gloria) and confirmation that money had been taken out of my account. Dave says that the Zelle payment may have been sent to the wrong place because of how the named appeared on the transaction. I call my bank, and they said this is 100% a scam and that the money went through. My bank rep also confirmed that it was sent to the correct account based on email address and that it doesn't matter if there is a variation of spelling in the name. My bank rep made the observation that it is pretty crazy to harass me over a payment that I already made for a job I wasn't even satisfied with.
