This business is a joke. To start out the company put the wrong color of JChannel on our siding. They had to come back and re do it. When they did the siding they put short pieces in the middle of the wall, they even broke a piece when putting it on and we sent pictures to them. They said they would come and fix it and one year they still haven’t done so. That being said they also sent a sub contractor to our house one year after we hired them. Needless to say when the man got to our house we didn’t even know he was coming. Ohm never called us to tell us, that being said, one year after being hired. The man said he had been hired 3 weeks before. Now on to the roof, they waited 9 or 10 months to get it done. I don’t remember for sure. We had called them and told them 2 months before that our roof was leaking. It left water stains on our ceiling in our kitchen and living room. They said they would fix it inside but still have never showed up to do so. And to add to it they also worked on my parents house. When they put the shingles on the roof they broke the ceiling from throwing them so hard. Ohm did go back to fix it but just put white paint on it and their ceiling if off white. Needless to say it looks terrible. The roof leaked and they came back multiple times to “fix it” and it was never done right until it had leaked so much that it destroyed the walls and around their window in the garage. The man they sent to do the work didn’t even know what he was doing so he did it incorrectly and then was extremely rude to my parents. Even yelled at my dad whom is 79 years old. They ended up having to have the man go back and the boss came and sat with him while he did the work, literally babysitting a grown man who is working on my parents garage.

My family has been waiting for a year to get a roof put on. I called and they keep making a different excuse every time. They were quick to get my first check from the insurance company and nothing. Now I see that there website hasn't been paid up to date . They've deleted comments/questions that we've made on Facebook regarding work being done. The GM at the office is very rude and annoyed when my father calls for status updates. I've contacted our salesman that came knocking and did the initial inspection and he told us that he is no longer with the company because the company wasn't paying there employees. I would avoid this company, plenty more out there.

I can’t recommend Ohm Restoration enough. They did a great job helping my wife and I select the best possible roof for our home. We ended up with a Unified Steel product that looks just like a wood-shake roof, yet so much more durable. And it will look great for many, many years. The installation process was excellent. The care to avoid damage to our existing landscaping and the daily clean up was wonderful. Overall the project was everything we’d hoped for and better.
