We had an unfortunate septic backup in our basement and the team came in and saved the day. We had a three week timeline to deconstruct and reconstruct the basement before a large family gathering. With new insulation, drywall, flooring, and painting needing to be done, the team efficiently and effectively mastered the tight timeline with top notch results. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and flexible while on the project. Thank you! In time when it seems particularly difficult to find professionals who are responsive and take pride in their product, we feel particularly lucky that J Brian Day exceeded our expectations.

We unfortunately had a flood in our basement that left our carpet absolutely soaked with water. We knew we had to move fast to avoid mold growth so we called J Brian Day Emergency services. We choose them because they are a smaller local company, and we choose to support local businesses. Kelly in the office answered the phone at 830am and set us up with a call to Greg, the man who would be coming out to give us a quote. Greg called back and stopped by the same day. The prompt time line was really reassuring and Greg was available by phone for our follow up questions. Within the week we had our carpet pulled up, the wet drywall removed, and fans and a dehumidifier going. The men who came need a big shout out because they were such quiet workers! I’m a SAHM with a toddler who naps at 12pm and she had no issues sleeping the 2 days they were here. I didn’t even ask them to be quiet, they just were! I was so impressed, I thought I was going to have to leave the house and go elsewhere while they worked but I didn’t need to. Honestly I forgot they were there sometimes they needed so little follow up. Thank you so much guys! Overall quick and easy team to deal with. They even left the fans over the weekend (days extra than usual) because they wanted to make sure we had no more issues with all the rain (we didn’t).

We discovered mold during an energy audit and requested quotes from 3 remediation companies. Greg from J Brian Day was by far the most knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. His quote was the best and so is J Brian Day! The two gentleman that came out were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The work was done quickly and efficiently. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I made an exception. I Highly recommend J Brian Day.

This company is very attentive and honest. Thank you to Tim for being patient and helping to explain the insurance process to me. That gets very complicated but his experience and patience with me was very much appreciated. The guys that came out and removed the ceilings and walls that were damaged by water were excellent. I returned home and found our items packed nicely in boxes and plastic put up to contain the work area. Their office also had excellent communication. I would highly recommend their services.
